I laughed out loud reading this! Now I have a weird image of a cushion prancing about. I just know that is going to pop into my head at some point when I'm in a shop on my own....and start laughing (not for the first time)
-
Maybe you just head butt it to change channels?!

I have a Colossus wheel - and oddly it isn't square

Yes the taste was pretty strong and if I remember rightly they shoved a load of cotton in your gob (or maybe I was just a bad patient and they wanted me to shut up!). Glad that yours worked (actually I am very jealous) but - in my teens I used to drink tea with about 8 sugars in it and would eat 2 packs of polo mints daily so have had a fair share of fillings. I think I'm paying now for the bulimia I had around 10 years ago as my teeth seem pretty weak and I would be surprised if there is any enamel left on them at all. Add smoking into the mix and it's not great - oh and the dentist asked about my lip piercing as that can damage teeth - though I've had that piercing for 11 years and thinking of ditching it recently.

1995?!!! You jammy git! I don't know if they still do this procedure but back in the late 80's/early 90s I had to have my teeth coated in some weird stuff - still don't know what it was! I was a bit put off by a dentist once when I was around 14 - went for check up, told I needed a filling then the dentist comes at me with the sodding injection with no warning. Things have definitely improved - my new dentist said that because I don't like the sound of drilling I can listen to music through headphones - but to be honest I'd be too embarrassed as my music taste is questionable

Wanna swap? I actually quite enjoy extractions but can't stand fillings
-
I can cope with pliers it's the drills I hate. 2 fillings required one root canal oh and root extraction
-
I'm at the dentist waiting to go in

That reminds me of an old choc orange advert with Dawn French (fair few years ago) "it's not Terry's - it's mine"

I went through a phase of buying a lot back in 2013 - as that was the year I conquered my fears of scary rides - I had so many I almost redecorated 2 walls. Now they are plonked in a box with most of my other merch. Dread to think how much I spent on them

Could you pop me down as a maybe please - I love Adventure Island (apart from Time Machine)

Shove me down for skating and bowling. Won't even attempt Air Hop and TGI is far too posh for my budget

Absolutely love the pics and vids posted! - London Eye mannequin challenge is bloody brilliant

Er a year? No no no - I need my carer for future meets! Really enjoyed the the meet guys - was kind of nervous thinking of the amount of people who would be there but as always the nerves went quick and I had a fab day and great laugh. I missed a lot of meets for a long period of time but it's good to get back into seeing people again - as ever a big thank you goes out to Peaj not only for this meet but his dedication as meet organiser for the past few years - I know for me, if it wasn't for the meets I wouldn't have met such lovely people. When you are made to feel welcome at meet ups it makes you want to go back and see everyone again and you create great memories which you can look back on. Congrats and all the best to the new meet organisers who I'm sure will do a grand job - Merry Christmas all!

I forgot to add Paultons Park to my list - and I only went 2 months ago

Have I completely lost the plot or did Storm Surge have an indoor station when it was in America? Also drainage in the boats would be great - not sure how viable that would be though. That's another issue I have with storm surge - I usually struggle to get in and out of the boats - sometimes I give up and just flop into it in a very unladylike manner
-
Invest in some nice warm gloves, scarf, ear muffs, balaclava and maybe a hat seriously though - I hate cold weather and seem to feel the cold a lot more than some people (not sure how that works?!) right now I have my heating on full whack and am in my PJs with a hoodie and thick dressing gown on - and I'm still cold
-
A water ride closing due to rain?! I don't mind Storm Surge - as long as it is walk on and there is no water in the bottom of the boat. Went on it last day of the season and it was ridiculous - I was trying to empty the water out using a bottle but gave up. The actual ride is ok, it's just the journey up the loooong lift hill and bobbing about endlessly at the end that does my nut in (and having wet feet)

Thorpe X 20(ish) Towers X 1 CWOA X 2 Legoland X 2 Adventure Island X 1

I'm trying to become veggie again - I was from 2006 until Jan 2015 although I was a crap vegetarian as I still occasionally ate fish. My attempts so far are not going well - why does bacon and chicken have to taste so damn good?!

1) Saw is my favourite rollercoaster out of all I have ridden (which compared to a lot of people here isn't many) 2) I love DBGT 3) I loved Submission and miss it 4) I prefer Colossus to Nemesis Inferno 5) I find dodgems quite scary - I don't scream on rides now (maybe the odd swear word but shove me on the dogems and I scream and squawk) 6) I hate Rita and will only ride if there is a minimal queue 7) I prefer Thorpe Park to Alton Towers

Thankfully I've since discovered amazing motion sickness tablets! I still remember the adverts for X:/NWO and thinking that was a big ride for TP at the time. How times have changed
-
I only ever rode X:/NWO once and it was the closest I've ever got to vomiting on a ride so for me it was a good thing they changed it. It was the constant stopping and starting that made me feel rough as well as going backwards
