I don't know how long it's been like this, or if it was just a one off but the theme on the annual pass day (Sunday) was there old fright nights music for rocky, not there actual theme. I prefer this one anyway and think this is the right one to be played all year round, it just makes the ride more fun than it is. Whenever I've been at the park when it is heavy raining they stop operating Stealth till the weather get's better so I'm surprised they still operated this during hail stones!

Friend has told me Vortex has been down all day, hopefully they are going to fix the problems in which the way Vortex has been running.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing that they sell them for this cheap. But Thorpe Park encourage people to buy tickets online, 2 days in advance for cheaper tickets so they know how many people are going to the park. But if everyone is buying annual passes, they won't know the numbers before the day?

I can imagine it being very busy today because of teachers strike and that, and bad operations wouldn't help! What happened today?

I'm not just referring it to this season, I mean last Season as well, I saw it once earlier on last season and never saw it again. Not in the summer or anything.

Was the ride testing like it normally would run, because when it tested on Sunday, it wasn't right.

I don't see why some staff don't turn the effects on! If they are working, why don't they have them on? Thats what they are for.

No mist on the annual pass day, I think it's just a case of the operator turning it on or leaving it off.

An hour!? Normally the operations on the swarm are amazing compared to other coasters... What were they doing in the station to make such a low throughput?

An engineer went into the operation booth while that happened, did he have to do it manually I'm guessing?

I don't think it's ready, as every other coaster has had a second train on at some point this season except Colossus. If it was ready to use, I'm pretty sure it would be on if there was a 75 mins que and they managed to have 2 trains on rides when there is a walk on que...

Totally agree with your point, with Chessington around the corner, which is aimed for families I don't see why Thorpe are suddenly aiming for families. Most people go there for the bigger rides like Swarm and Saw.

If this clearly is the case then, why wasn't this fixed over the closed season!?

They are normally on regardless of the weather but I suppose it is up to the operator to turn them on or not. I don't see why they wouldn't keep them always on though because if you don't want to get wet, you can go in the inside seats and you don't get wet.

What rules?

I think it's just dependent on what car you are on, I went on it 3 times last weekend, and 1 of them were really good! The two times I noticed it being bad was on car number 7 and the good one was number 1 I think.
