I've only ever been in this attraction once and to be honest I didn't think much of it.I enjoyed the maze at the end, but thats because I find those fun anyway, but the rest of it was a let down.It sounds like it could do much better with the use of live actors. Even goblins ones would be great!

What is the admissions policy for HPH?On the website it claims "Adventurers must be accompanied by a child under 1.4 metres." I don't have a child (under 1.4m or otherwise) but would like to check it out. Is this restriction strict on quiet-ish days? Is this mainly to keep unruly teenagers out or is there another reason to keep adults out?Is the restriction still in place at Halloween even though it seems to become one of the major attractions?P.S I'm Andy and just signed up.

I think hocus pocus hall is okay... I dont like the idea you have to go round in a group though... I know it makes sense, but sometimes you dont get a chance to look at everything cos your being shuffeled along.Ps, theres an easy way out through the mirror maze. Look down, theres a line! Pps, Just before you go into the spinning tunnel, at the libary bit, there are some funny jokes on the books, like "dealing with zits by U. sqeezem" and stuff. But before you go into the spinning tunnel, you have to turn a corner...however, if you dont and you keep on walking theres a book called "problems with viagra by Ivor biggun"!!! lol its true!. Theres another dirty joke somewhere aswell but I havent found it yet.

Wait for everyone else to go in, then be at the back of the group. The group thing is also cos of the video preshow.

Well I'm WAAAY over 1.4 metres and I always stroll into Hocus Pocus Hall without being stopped.

WAAAAY WAAAAY WAAAAY WAAAY WAAAY....;)I've never been stopped from going in, and I always see people who look way over 6ft going in, so I'm pretty sure that either they don't enforce that rule, or it's what James said, and it's to attract younger kids in. Mirror Mazes are fit.

I'm not sure what it is about this atraction, but I love it. :P. the music is brilliant (and I'm lucky to have a copy of it!). the theming is brilliant, and I'm not sure I'd like to see live actors myself, would spoil the atmosphere. I also like the farting chair... very good!. although on our last 2 trips it was broken. may the atraction stand for years to come

^ The walk through only uses the ground floor of the house. I don't think I saw any steps as far as I remember. Disabled guests can skip the mirror maze.Well, I went on this today for the first time in ages and actually enjoyed it. The effects are all working quite well and the atmosphere is good too. Only thing that spoilt it for me was ten screaming school girls in my group, got a little tedious at times :P
