Patrick
Great ride, The drop in the dark was great, The duck made me laugh, And it gets you wet especially in the front. I prefer it to Stormforce 10.
Whiteknuckle
Does anyone else find that duck in the enclosed section scary? I think it was on the lift of the dark drop.

AJ
Not the best flume ride I've been on but it's also not the worse. I'm glad they rethemed it to what it's like now though as it does provide more entertainment to what it used to be like. It was weird but when I first went on it in it's old state I thought at the time the ride seemed a bit unkept and outdated to other areas of the park - I got the impression it was forgotten about, so in all glad about the ducks coming to this ride (even if I'm not so happy about ducks on other rides.) However I do miss the dinosaurs.
AltonThorpe
OMG the duck inside the pitch black tunnel thing is sooo scary, everyone screamed
James
I hate that duck. No matter how many times I've ridden the Flume and even though I know exactly where it is, it will always scare me. Same for the MEGA loud quacking at the top of the lift hill into the tunnel. Theme Park bloke
OMG the duck inside the pitch black tunnel thing is sooo scary, everyone screamed That brings back bad memories for the reaction it gave me when I first went on the Flume back in 2005! It's a wonder I didn't jump out of the boat!

It's a wonder I didn't jump out of the boat!Well surely it would be kind of hard to jump into a boat your already sitting in?
Will
You can't really jump out of a boat unless you weren't sitting in it in the first place - but its still hard to jump out of a boat that is quite high up.
themeparkmad
Is it just me or do you really "bash" round the corners on The Flume compared to other Mack log flumes like Dragon Falls and Loggers Leap?
James6
Yea I'm seem to think that aswell , although that may be because, well especcially compared to Loggers, there are alot more turns than on loggers and I think most of which are tighter? , probably has absolutely nothing to do with it but still
themeparkmad
As THORPE PARK adn Chessington & Zoo are getting rid of sponcerships on there rides, areas and food outlets; Is there any news on The Flume's sponcership with Imperial Leather being removed?
D4n
The sponsorship doesn't run out until the end of next year, if I remember correctly. So there's no news yet.

Luke_A
So, if the Imperial Leather contract has run out like on Bubbleworks; will the flume be being re-themed in any way or are the Imperial Leather logo's just going to be painted over? Coaster XTREME
Either that or they'll scrap it, it really is showing its age now so I doubt the Flume has long left unfortunately.
Fred
Think it'll just be unbranded. They wouldn't get rid of it.. its alright, its tempremental.. but it has a shockingly high throughput which they cant really get rid of. Coaster XTREME
It's a bit bumpy at the moment s a refurbishment would be nice. It's a classic so it will be very sad to see the Flume go. I do like the current theme as it's witty and quirky but it doesn't fit in with the rest of Mutiny Bay. A retheme and a refurbishment would be appropiate and some new water effects would be nice.
