StevenVig
Ladies and gentleman I present to you a statement from a magazine and you must spot what is wrong with it:''Saw at Thorpe Park - 150 litres of vomit were cleaned up from it in 2008 - yuk!''Let the competion BEGIN!1) Should be Saw: The Ride2) Should be 150 litres of vomit was cleaned up....3) The ride was built in 2009 too! Mark9
4) Should be THORPE PARK
Pickles
Well done lol. Stupid innit? Also Chantelle Houghton was spotted needing medical help after going on Saw Alive which is stoopid! The magazine I got it from warned people that it was scary.
Ricky
1) Should be Saw: The Ride2) Should be 150 litres of vomit was cleaned up....3) The ride was built in 2009 too!I believe Saw should be SAW as its all caps
Roberts22
2) Should be 150 litres of vomit was cleaned up....No, it shouldn't, that doesn't make any sense.
Sidders
Roberts22, please be less blunt about your posts because everyone makes mistakes. You should know this.
noob230
No, it shouldn't, that doesn't make any sense.Actually, it makes perfect sense. You, my friend, are the one who is wrong.
Jamie_Hk
Was on the front of this today - really enjoyed it! It's quite painful I have to be honest, but the experience seemed a lot more enjoyable than last year
Stokesyboy
Troubled start today didnt open for at least and hour and a half and was still having problems for a while... After that they put it onto 8 cars and the average queue time for the day was around 75 minutes which wasnt too bad
jjh123horry
Quick Question. Are the actors back at all, coz it would quite nice to actually see them in there, as everytime ive been they haven't been in there, which was and is very displeasing. StevenVig
The actors are not usually present here.
Mattgwise
The actors were only ever there when the ride first opened last season (first few months) and fright nights. I am sure they will do the same this fright nights. They had people dressed in pig masks and a person in the trap at the bottom of the stairs. AdamY
It was also a bit of luck though - on the very first saturday of public opening (14th March) they were due to be there but turned up late - by which time the ride had gone down anyway! I was one of the lucky few to get on it that morning, but that was about 10:35 and they weren't there yet. We later saw them walking across Ranger County towards the ride - evidently no-one bothered to tell them it wasn't working!
Mattgwise
I rode it on the second Saturday it was open and they had no actors, it was very short-lived .Must have been hit and miss because there was a actor there when I visited this time last year. JoshC.
Honestly, I'd rather see no actors there and put the 2 they would have there in Saw Alive. Just stick a manikin in the trap; would look errier.
Ricky
Once again a negative statement - an actor causes tension in the trap as its actually happening in front of you which I fin dmuch more eerier then a plastic body! And I'm scared of manikins which is saying something!

And I'm scared of manikins which is saying something! How's that negative?! I'd much rather 2 more actors in Saw Alive - thus improving it. I personally think it would add more to Alive's experience than the ride's experience. As for the whole eerie idea, some may find it more eerie with actors, some may not. It's personal choice. Looking back, not sure if I made it clear, but by manikin, I meant like the one they have in the razor wire trap - very life like, etc. and make it look dead. Personally, I would find that much eerier. Your not *actually* getting any of this are you? Getting any of what? I'm adding my views. Is that wrong now? noob230
When does the LionsGate contract for both SAW attractions end?
AdamY
2016 I think.
JoshC.
If some rumours are to be believed, there's a weak connection between the two sides. I'd guess the contract would be for 5 years (so 2014) but could be extended. However, Adam's heard 2016. Some have heard earlier, some later. To be honest, I think the best answer to give is no one really knows.
StevenVig
Tomorrow. I'm joking. I Don't actually know.
Jamie_Hk
Can I just ask, what does it mean when the contract ends?
StevenVig
Can I just ask, what does it mean when the contract ends?It means the contract that Lionsgate (The Owners of the Saw Franchise) and Thorpe have signed to allow the use of Saw Themeing and Promotion around the attractions. When the contract ends, it means that anything that relates to the Saw Franchise will have to be removed/altered. Todge
Well only time will tell if they renew the contract or not, would be interesting to see a re-theme of it though
