Because it is jarring that they can open theirs fully, presented smarty and running properly after such a massive event because the owners care, where as we have a dirty, effect free version running at a hugely reduced capacity as a matter of course because the owners think that is an acceptable way to go about their business.3 points

Effect free (well, the only effect was the waterfall anyway) because of an on-going HSE investigation into a similar attraction down the road, but why let facts get in the way of bashing Merlin? Dunno about the boats, could potentially be one of those moments where a bottleneck happened at the base of the lift hill so a massive gap developed... Happened before...2 points

@JoshuaA yup yesterday the dispatches on Swarm and Colossus were pretty slow - Colossus being the worse - the staff could have done with a rocket stuck somewhere to speed them up a bit. We were on the brake run for what felt like an eternity and I desperately needed paracetamol ? I guess at least they were on 2 trains which is good especially as the park wasn’t particularly busy2 points
