No they do not. They have data recorded and know the average queue time from points in the queue depending on if the rides on 1/ 2 trains etc. of course this isn't an exact science and depends on many many things (not just fastrack)

The problem with Single Rider at thorpe is most of the queues were never designed for it, on rides like Colossus / Inferno single riders slowed down dispatches more than anything!

Thing is any fastrack no matter how it's run will slow down the main queue - reserve n ride is back soon I do think it will be intresting how that can change things.

The vast majority of the time the back row will be closed of for Disabled riders who must ride on the back row (think this is the same for Stealth too?) 9 times out of 10 the normal fastrack queue will be open.

I&#39;m pretty sure its meant to "officially" open at 10 all season according to their website just more often than not they will open at 9:30. Annual pass holders are unofficially let in 15 mins early sometimes but dont think this is an official perk.

It won't cut jobs as staff will be required to scan your tickets, if anything will need more staff to run it well.

Last time I was at the park when it happened loggers and samurai reopened as soon as the car wasn't sat behind Samurai.

Saw has Stalled so loggers and samurai will be closed till they recover the car I would guess. Not sure on quantum!

Out of interest what makes you think RnR will make it harder to do rides? If you go to Thorpe today and want to ride Swarm you will stand in a physical 1 hour queue and get on your ride, if you go on an RnR day, you will in theory queue in a virtual 1 hour queue. I understand reservations about the system in some ways but dont understand why you think this will make it harder to do rides?

Yep - It wont make it any harder to do the rides, just use Ride and Reserve to virtually queue for the coasters and make the most of the other rides. If a coaster has a small queue then you have that option to queue too.

Will be interesting to see how that goes - I expect it will be a gentle nudge to people to use Reserve n Ride but if they really want to queue they still can.

Fastrack has always ran during the trails... ? It looks like they are just planning to use the system as a fastrack one in later trials. On the parks official website they have a Q&A. Trials are set to run Friday and Saturday for all 5 coasters. Also something on fastrack.. Q: Can I use Fastrack? A: Standard Fastrack use will be available on 6th & 7th June. Fastrack will be available through Reserve N’ Ride on your smartphone on 23rd & 24th June, and from 27th-30th June.

Quantums theme wasn't actually made for the ride and is known as the "Thorpe park theme" I think - plays along with the bridge music at the entrance.
