  1. Had a brilliant ride on Stealth yesterday! Stopped at the top for about 5 seconds before slowly rolling forward and carrying on Shame we didn't get a rollback but it was still great fun hehe. Was quite surreal as well, it all went silent and the moment we started moving people started screaming etc again, it was like time had been stopped!
  2. Looks amazing! This is soooo unfair though, I probably love the Harry Potter series way more than everyone I know yet I'm like the only one not going? And seeing as we were going to go to Orlando as a family in 2001, but had to cancel due to my parents splitting up...that kinda makes it worse...not only were we real close to going, the reason we couldn't was one of the most upsetting things for a family to go through :DSomeone give me hope that I'll actually get to go before I go insane with jealousy!!! Mind you I am lucky, I don't know many people at age 20 that can say they've been to the Cairbbean 4 times. My first holiday abroad was to Jamaica for 2 weeks Also Portugal twice, skiing trip in Year 9...oh and I was at the Order of the Phoenix premiere in Leicester Square! I've seen the REAL Harry Potter Guess I can't complain too much then
  3. LOL!Who actually hit him? I didn't actually see it happen I was too busy with my energy drink That was funny when I collapsed laughing into the fence!I see Quantum in the background though!
  4. I've only get soaked once and I've been on it quite a few times this season. It depends on where you end up when you hit a wave, yesterday I was finally the one with my back to it and got soaked :DI also wrap up warm unlike everyone (young people these days!) else so that's probably why I don't feel it even when I do get wet Two hoodies, woop woop! (I don't have a suitable coat so that's why, it's not like I feel the cold like really bad or something.)I think they should bring back the waterfall at the tunnel entrance and the spraying things. But it is definitely more fun this season cos it's so fast and crazy
  5. Nice one of Marc!! :)Likewise...I've uploaded some great ride/coaster pics onto my Photobucket HERE.Here are a few:
  6. Tired and hungry* but a great day, I've never laughed so much :(Random photos, Monster Energy drink, random noises, leg grabbage on rides (Marc's reaction is brilliant, Rush and Quantum were fun lol!), giant chilli peppers are still amusing with their amazing facial expressions...and an interesting experience at Harvester "Where's my lemon?!" I won't even begin to explain But I could hardly breathe from laughing!Hooray!*Should have gone to Nandos, they would DEFINITELTY not have ran out of chicken!!
  7. Sorry to hear that Keith That's a shame about the trains, because Southern have also got an offer online for 50% discount on off-peak tickets! Bad timing...on the bright side, the offer lasts until April 11th, so you can get cheap train fares to come to Thorpe another weekend
  8. It's yummy and it's also cheaper than Nando's :rolleyes:But I'll never say no to Nando's, plus I'm a few stamps away from my half chicken! Cluck cluck.

    Sausage surpriiiise!That is all.
  10. Lol I hate it when Marc people take pictures of me without me knowing or wanting them to!
  11. For those asking about Inferno mist...if you haven't seen my picture already in the Nemesis Inferno topic:
  12. Just thought I would share this picture I took of the shark in KFC in Amity Cove His rear endAnd a boat
  13. Indeed that is my sexy photo B)IMO, the number of seasons it has worked for is irrelevant, it's just nice to see it working FULLY this season, rather than having a teeny amount of mist. :rolleyes:It's amazing when you first go into the tunnel
  14. Had a good day today, tired though and a little tipsy :angry:Good ride count, Samurai was fun, Quantum was wobbly, Rumba was AWESOME. All sitting in Sunken Gardens drinking Relentless was quite random!Nice photo of me with a weird looking mouth too...Oh, and CCR has nice new theming?!:rolleyes:Bring on Sunday!

And then you get enormous airtime on the main drop!

    Random

I have just discovered Windows Sidebar I think I closed it when I first got my laptop (nearly two years ago!) and forgot about it. Then today I was thinking how people have clocks and stuff on the right-hand side of their desktop and wondered how they did it, and then I remembered! :)It's great, especially the post-it notes! I'm the most disorganised person so I've got a few on my screen reminding me about appointments and things I keep forgetting to do! They go nicely with the tragic looking giant peppers from the games at Thorpe!

    Logger's Leap

^ Agreed.Watch out on the main drop for water flooding into the log! It happened on Annual Pass day so I lifted my feet up and saved them just in time! It doesn't happen in all of them but it seems to happen more and more each season It's funny if you're aware of it and have time to move your legs out the way, but if you're not aware and it happens, it isn't much fun at all!I hate to sound negative but can't they do anything about it? I'm sure it never used to be this bad, and it doesn't happen on Falls or the Flume (or at least not when I've been on).
  18. I could eat more than 7 Maryland cookies, they're so yummy!!
  19. You can! And I did use a compact digital camera! :)Well I guess it depends what you call expensive but prices are roughly from £140 - £300+But with these cameras you know it'll be worth the money! And they have a Leica lens which is very good in the camera world http://shop.panasoni.../digitalcamerasPanasonic are the best for technology I think :DMy Dad's Panasonic LCD TV, which he got in 2005, has a brilliant picture compared to newer LCDs made by other companies, and the sound is quite bassy! I've never heard such good sound on any other TVs (unless they're using surround sound). Our old "fat" TV was Panasonic and had brilliant bassy sound too.
  20. Thank you :DI only use a digital camera Panasonic Lumix TZ-5. It's an amazing camera and I'm glad I got it. It has a lot of features, 10x optical zoom, HD videoing... My granddad is always buying professional SLR cameras but he has one of these too! They don't do it anymore, their latest one I believe is the TZ-7, which is pretty much the same except it has a 12x optical zoom and stereo sound (well it has two mics so guessing its stero) for videoing (mine only has mono). Panasonic Lumix cameras are very good and worth the money, I would recommend them :DI feel very chuffed that the photos look like they were taken on a professional camera

    SAW: Alive

They pick on people who are at the back too! I was at the back the second time and they kept following me and snorting/oinking in my face
