  1. I'm am very good aswell thnx. except I'm taking my mock GSCE's. pffft me no likey. :)

  2. I think the red and black fences look much more 'the part', they're a darker tone than they used to be so it looks better already. And I'm sure the 'inner corners' of the pod under-carriages were definitely red before the re-paint.

Meh, Stealth isn't the slowest - Zaturn, Storm Runner, and Kanonen are far slower...
  4. TOO TRUE! omg hows is teh CHRIS!?

  5. Such a waste if you ask me, Stealth should be faster. I'm not even sure it needs extra hydraulic tanks to do so. Why not re-gain the title as the real fastest lauched coaster in Europe?
  6. Stealth is more-than-likely perfectly able to reach 100mph, but down to H&S (now there's a name I didn't expect to see...), along with the design of the restraints; the aero-dynamic quality of the train; all stop it form doing so, but the main reson why is H&S. It could also be down to a restricted budget during construction - so Thorpe couldn't afford more than 24 hydraulic tanks.Just a theory...
  7. His personal comment says ''QuantumRocks''... maybe it's Quantum? Anywho, back on topic, I still hate the out-of-proportion 2009 map
  8. No too sure about that alligator, but what I do know about it is that it sits on a water pump for the surrounding lagoons under the helixes.

  10. That beats Cussons' sponsorship in the battle of the ugliest and most pathetic sponsorship ever.
  11. No offence to Lionsgate, but SAW doesn't make me want to vomit either...

    Your Thorpe Park

What about after 2011? And why are you always so specific about these things, seriously, how much free time do you have?

  16. Well done... Why? Chessie is cheaper, and practically all their rides are aimed at families. Thorpe is much more expensive, has much ruder guests, and have very few (and poor quality) kiddie rides *glares at Octopus Gardens*.
  17. Maybe a few more headchoppers and some saws in close-contact with the outside track would've been good, and the Dive Loop's 'trench' was the perfect place for a decent bit a theming. Shame Thorpe ignored it's potential really.
  18. I quite like it! I have to say that's a dandy looking balloon right there... wouldn't mind that being installed at Thorpe, should be a blast.
  19. Now that's a song and a half!
  20. I have a similar ordeal, I haven't spoken to one of my best freinds since Christmas because he found out I had feelings for him. Oh well, life goes on...

I'm pretty sure Catapult (SWAT!) is now in storage, and has been for nearly a year and a half now. :angry2:And stealthtp, just did a quick search and Skyhwak stands at 103ft but swings to a height of 125ft. Rush on the other hand stands at 52ft and swings to a height of 70ft.
  22. Ever been to Brean Leisure Park? Lucky you. They have a coaster called 'ShockWave Looper'.... the most painful experience I think I've ever had. The seats were deeper than Slammer's so you 'sink' into the seat and ride in a very awkward position. And the loop isn't even supported that well - when a train runs through it, the track gives really badly, I'm talking like a 5cm shift here.

There were smaller, permanent versions of the KMG Afterburner (Vortex), by this, I mean they only had six 'arms' on the main pendulum as opposed to Vortex's eight. But yes, Vortex was the first permanent Afterburner with eight 'arms'.Slammer wasn't a prototype as SWAT! in S&S' Playground was the first, but now that ride had been dismantled and is in storage, so that makes Slammer the only existing operating Sky-Swat in the world.
  24. Ouch. Looks like you had a really bad day. But hey, I guess it was Easter Weekend/Holiday time, and with the marketing SAW has been given, the queues weren't going to be short, but still, rides breakng down constantly and in the rain aswell couldn't have helped.
