  1. Inverting woodie here we come Nice, just needs a bit more
  2. I hope they go with concept 4
  3. On the map it is green. It would be a nice chance for the park to revitalise it but it is actually quite well without any changes.
  4. Truly that doesn't look slow at all - If you've seen it rollback you would know what slow is...

    This Or That

    Google Silverstar or Apollo's Charriot
  6. Seeing as they have ben working since the fire, I doubt it The fountains will be fixed as soon as possible

    Colossus

I think being older and therefore taller I don't find Colossus rough anymore (also having Saw to compare it to...) but it sure is uncomfortable in those seats and my legs often cramp up. Definitely the most uncomfortable ride I've been on, except maybe topspins and their crushing harnesses.

If the queues don't get long enough then fastrack shouldn't make too much of a difference, surely? In that case it keeps the customer's happy and the investors happy

    This Or That

Thunder Barrel Roll or Inline Twist
  10. I think they sold/chucked a lot if not all the original bubbleworks theming. I know the Terror Tomb organ pipes sat in the ride office for a while but the rest of the original theming is gone.
  11. Reading through old topics and this just had to be done
  12. Looks good except for the Volcano being green!
  13. ^ Such a memorable occasion I have more 4. Green Lantern at Six Flags Magic Mountain 5. Baco 6. Ryan
  14. 1. Queuing 3 and a half hours for Stealth during a fright night, and it breaking down in the station and closing for the rest of the day - This was probably 2009/10 2. Portaventura (I went before Shambhala was built so just remember thinking 'Poor reliability and poor rides, except for Dragon Khan') 3. Queuing for Smiler in the heat of summer last year and it breaking down when in the projection room, so hot I could have fainted
  15. Colossus is indeed still one train operation, and painfully slow at that. Most rides were walk on/5 minutes today but Colossus had a 45 minute queue at one point. I'd head there first, that's what I did and it saved me so much time today. Yeah Colossus, Saw, work your way round to Inferno and Stealth and then do Swarm later on because the queue is usually less in the afternoon (compared to first thing)
  16. I'm guessing no-one has any information on it, so yes we wait!
  17. Don't get me wrong; I love Oblivion and it's potentially my favourite UK coaster. But I don't want Thorpe Park to get a Dive Coaster under any circumstances Even a standard sit-down B&M would be good if it had an interesting layout? No gimmicks and amazing theme anyone?
  18. ^ I don't think you've read his post properly Tomorrow it will probably be medium business as some schools finished for the Easter holidays today!
  19. I pray it isn't; always found Dudley a nightmare to get in and out.
  20. The future is bleak

  21. Working at Chessington we did have targets. Probably not as much as we should have done but I recall trying to beat the Fury throughput score all the time

    Colossus

I don't understand the mentality of 'everyone's lucky everything opened on time for the start of the season'. I obviously don't know what the problem was or why it was so close to not opening, but it's incredibly reasonable for someone paying £40 to enter the park, for all the rides to be ready to open when the season starts.
  23. ^ Why? It's still being constructed and you have no idea what they could add on to it?
  24. Surely Ripsaw and Rameses should have exactly the same restrictions?
  25. But what about the headless monk?!
