  1. Why complain? At least they gave the ride a goodbye!

I think they should redevelop that area into a large indoor ball room jungle gym type attraction themed to the jungle. Remove the actors, one-time cost and something to keep the children entertained. That's so long as it's themed well.
  3. Seems like this article has slipped through: http://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/world/space-mountain-left-me-seasick-says-woman-suing-disney-r939m5m8v To summarise, someone is suing Disneyland Paris as Space Mountain gave them vertigo and dizzyness. They were offered a £30k payout but did not accept.
  4. At the end of the day any publicity is good publicity and they knew going into this that they would cause offence.

Did you prefer Studio 13 over Asylum though. The demand for fright night at the moment is too large resulting in groups having to be pushed through the mazes to prevent 3 hour long queues. I wonder if Thorpe would ever take a Universal conga line style to the mazes and focused on theming to keep the guests entertained in larger groups. Also lets have a throwback to my all-time favourite maze .....the passing.
  6. I'm definitely done for this one seeing as it is so close to home. Food choice, Nandos is always a safe bet, TGI's is improving... good cocktails, Ask is a bit pricey but a nice restaurant, as for creams well that place is a bit sticky. I don't mind though, I'm up for a nice day out.
  7. I take it Derren's just too busy with his upcoming projects to be in the trailer for the new version. Maybe there getting rid of the tube section in the middle, maybe the gas will be changed to fields full of happy bunnies and the sun from the Teletubbies,,,,,, I guess we will just have to wait and see. It does seem as a bit of a cop out though that this is the "new" attraction, does that mean that last year was the soft opening?
  8. Put me down as a maybe. Can someone give me directions from thorpe
  9. Mine I can't recall I was too young at the time lets just say it was the train ride. However, I do clearly remember giving it a 4.5 rating.
  10. Will my legs fit on this beauty at 6'6?

  12. Guess I better buy the annual pass then, heres to a good year of meets.

  14. Does more intense for 2017 mean that they will squeeze your leg twice next year?
  15. Rember when they said the ride will have multiple endings, well here it is branded for 2017! My only worry is that this is our "new" ride for 2017, remember the years when we got a ride every year and a coaster every three, those were the years.
  16. Put a 0in as the Annual pass number.
  17. That's a shame, I heard from one member that it is a solid 4.5.
  18. Fright nights will be very busy from now on. It always is and always has been since they got rid of the weekdays fright night.
  19. No it's a red wristband I believe so it's strictly one per person. You would all therefore have to buy your own wristband.
  20. The £99 option gets you unlimited fastrack across both mazes and rides. Enjoy
  21. I may be able to come now! Will anyone lend me a magic pass?
  22. "So how did you choose your zombies?" ,,,,,Straight out of Strodes College!
  23. Shame he can't bring lady Ga Ga with him, they did a video a while back. I hope he is a roamer, what happens when he needs a break otherwise disappointment?
  24. Is anyone hoteling??? And going back to the park on Sunday for fright night? I really want to go again this year but I am tied up until the Sunday of that weekend?
