If it is the AGV, wouldn't the throughput be awful?

I thought Saw Alive was brilliant on my run throughs. It was swarming with actors compared to Cabin.

I think if Merlin had the money of Universal then they would have "bothered". All of Merlin's park have miniscule attendance and funding compared to Universal. TBH anything could happen, even though most of what other people have said is unlikely.

After IAC and Th13teen, I wouldn't get your hopes up..

This is my thoughts to the event as a whole. EDIT: Why set fire to Saw Alive when you can set fire to Storm Surge?

I'm gonna start a annual Halloween awards, its gonna be quite a long post so lets start! Most Awful Maze: Honourable Mentions- The Volt,My Bloody Valentine Big Top- Big Top is awful. Big Flop starts off in a dull tent with dull black walls with little to no theming. And even funner 1 actor, IN THE WHOLE TENT. The Second Tent is ok, but with barely any actors in this tents it falls flat it in its face. Third Tent is good, but I had a couple of runs when I've saw no chainsaw. IMO Big Flop is the most disapointing maze this season. Most Well Themed Maze: Honourable Mentions- Saw Alive, Sub Species The Colony- The Colony's theming is something to behold, half the time I was drooling over the sets. The Colony is a example on how do to a long, well themed, attraction. Best New Attraction: Honourable Mentions- Sub Species,Molly Crowe Chop Shop- First off Chop Shop has a massive facade, which makes it look really good. Once inside your presented with guess what? More great theming! After loads of twists and turns through the garage your teased that your about to meet your "brothers". After that the Chop Shop is mad, with 4-6 actors in a big strobe maze all holding chainsaws! It is everything I want in a scare attraction. Theming,scares,and a cool concept. Best Maze Overall: Sub Species: The End Games- Sub Species is amazing. You start off with the control room telling you the rules to the games. What happends next can only be described as mad. You get split up a lot, the maze has loads of different scare tactics and each scene feels varied. It is themed quite a lot too, it is also quite long too. If thats not enough there's two endings, Sub Species has to be experienced to be believed, it is a amazing attraction which is probably one of the UK's best mazes. Best Scare Event: Tulleys Shocktoberfest- Tulleys is just a paradise for scare event fans. Tulleys this year has gone above and beyond for me, with some of the theming being top class, and some really great attractions too, With two musical stages, loads of roamers too, it is just a really fun event. I can't really say much else. Best Roamers: Tulleys The Howl- Tulleys The Howl had amazing roamers, the whole Lyncanthorpe family were really entertaining. Also it tied into the whole events theme, which is pretty neat. Ok to end here is some facts of this Halloween Season! Sarcastic Coments made about Merlin: 5 Swear words said to actors: 1 Fanny jokes about the squish bag sections: 10 Bad run throughs of Big Top: 2 Bad Times at Tulleys: 0 Bad Times at Thorpe: 2 Hope you Had a Happy Halloween, and its only 12 months untill Halloween 2016!

I disagree here. I feel Thorpe was more poor in terms of scares and fun. Alton's mazes IMO were quite scary, and long too. I feel Sub Species is scarier than Thorpes mazes put together TBH.

After going tonight, here's how the mazes compared to Preview Night. The Volt: Nightshade Circus: Chop Shop: Hellements: The Colony: The Cellar is amazing as always. Also Hayride and Haunted House are the as same as ever.

For me Saw Alive and Blair Witch the best this year. I found Cabin,Big Top, and MBV all meh. Saw Alive and Blair Witch are really good fun though. Hopefully they keep Saw Alive for next year!

I would like a attraction would mutiple doors with a cabin type theme. Then for the first two years make it great with varied costumes, then for the third year I would make everything a zombie even though I could pick from a million monsters. And then I would put 5 actors in the whole maze..

A couple of names spring to mind. Field Of 1000 Chavs, Carnival Of No Halloween Decorations, Terror Of The Fastrack: What Lies Within.

I would like Cabin and MBV to be redesigned TBH. MBV specially will need a redesign if they scrap the containers. Blair Witch I would like to be kept the same, but with a different name. EDIT: MBV and Cabin also need decent rethemes too

Sometimes I don't know why Thorpe even bother with Slammer and Samurai anymore..

Abolished? Fastrack is the best thing ever!

2017: Fastrack introduced for Toliets Slammer closed Storm surge is burned down Samurai has a meltdown and gets money poured into it. 2018: Colossus gets a clean up Samurai has another meltdown and Thorpe give up Fastrack for food stalls and park entry all introduced New Angry Bird Film 2019: Loggers Leap gets removed and is replaced by a family friendly GCI woodie Fastrack for Fastrack is introduced New area where Storm Surge and Tidal were Tidal Wave removed New flat where Samurai was 2020: Fastrack for parking introduced Angry Birds Land rethemed Neptunes beach rethemed, pool removed, new area being constructed

Its a shame about Big Top really. I've had some really great run throughs of it, but also some really bad ones too. Last night the Madame Mephisto tent was even worst than previous, the middle tent was great, the third like JoshC said was poorly lit, the chainsaw finale was alright. I feel Big Top could be really great, it could improve next year. Also last night I feel like Saw Alive was swarming with actors, I felt all mazes had a lack of actors except Saw Alive which had like 2 in each of room.

I think they could work. It also means they could also make some scenes last longer due to the Ques not being 1-3 hours long. Like Madame Mephisto in BT, when the que was a half a hour(ish) we got some interaction with her. Yestaday when the que was 2 hours long we walked into the first tent for her to point at the way out with no interaction with her at all! Timed slot maze will improve the que times as well as letting Thorpe do more acor-led scenes. IMO the 2-3 hours ques are not something Thorpe should just ignore. Even if fastrack wasn't selled at all I bet the ques will still be bad. The only other way is to make more mazes, which with budget,space,ect, I doubt they will do that..

Its probably them just bullsh*tting. It so obvious though its a topspin.
