Rainforest Area
Chessington seem to specialise in low capacity attractions now. If I were being cynical Iโd say itโs done on purpose to boost Fastrack sales. I remember once going on the Scorpion on a quiet day and getting on before the people in the RAPs / Fastrack queue!

Fright Nights 2019 - Spoilers
Iโve not seen any other reports on this?

Europa Park
Better transport options would really help bring more visitors to Europa Park.

Tulley's Shocktober Fest Scream Park
I agree. Did Wastelands 3 times at the weekend. Without a doubt the best scare maze I've ever done. I'd recommend boots or wellies especially for The Wreckoning. My review will be incoming soon.

So glad to see Olympia is coming back! I thought we wouldnโt see her again last year. ๐ ๐ข

TPM Fright Nights Meet 2019 - Sun 13th Oct
After following reviews of both events, Iโve decided to revisit Tulleyโs this weekend instead of the meet. I was genuinely set on visiting FN this year but the new attractions have compelled me to go back to Tulleyโs instead.

Fasttrack on Fright Nights advised?
The last weekend before Halloween is usually the worst time to visit as it will be very busy / likely to reach capacity.

Tulley's Shocktober Fest Scream Park
We usually start with Creepy Cottage as it's the least intense one to get started with. There is certainly a lot to do there! I'd go to the indoor ones next like Twisted, Vixi and The Cellar. Wastelands is also supposed to be busy later on. Then when it's getting dark we usually start with Coven then do the outdoor ones like Chop Shop, Shipwrecked (This one will take a long time) and usually end with the Haunted Hayride. Wasn't going to go this year but the new attractions have drawn us back this weekend! ๐ Love all the street actors, live music atmosphere. Most of the farm and all the queues are under cover too.

Stealth
You can't have a coaster without something wrong with it at Thorpe. I'll take a green light for everything else working.

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Sub Terra was more enjoyable even though there were mixed reviews but it was still shut down. How they can still run it in this state is beyond belief. I stand by my advice; Don't ride, avoid at all costs.

Ride Accidents
WDW Skyliner gondolas have crashed. Sounds like the Gondolas have been running too close to one another as they approach the station at speed. Reports are that no-one has been injured. https://wdwnt.com/2019/10/breaking-an-accident-has-occurred-on-the-disney-skyliner-at-riviera-resort-station/

Europa Park
I'm not saying all French are bad guests but.... This is the sort of behaviour that can close down attractions like this, because of idiots.

What has happened to Thorpe Park?
Quite interesting, got me thinking about the Merlin rides where I've been happy enough to run around and ride again; - Duel - Nemesis - Oblivion - Vampire - Dragon's Fury - Swarm - Stealth - Inferno I always have the most fun at a park when the queues are low enough to do that on one of those rides. Most I've done is seven times on Nemesis. Had an awesome one-off time on Colossus at the end of the day where we got to go round twice without leaving the station, staff were hyped up to go home. When the ride hosts are motivated it really makes the atmosphere electric and 1000x more enjoyable. For this reason the best part of the day at any Merlin park is usually the hour before closing.

Ironically when I went on Rameses a few weeks ago, it was running better than usual. Most the grinding and squeaking noises had gone.

Legoland
Stuck THIRTY FOOT in the air. Nearly two floors high. The Health & Safety was shocking! No guest harness to be escorted down a short staircase. The Sun are trying their best to taint the Theme Park industry as unsafe yet again. We went to the busiest theme park in the UK on a hot day... AND IT WAS BUSY!!! Shock horror. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/9798544/legoland-nightmare-rollercoaster-gets-stuck-heat/amp
