Mmm I can think of one big thing which makes me wonder if they've got much, eh
  2. Just because of that rant thread. He's stern and looking at you.
  3. Something dangerous. Usually is
  4. Well thats nice to see. Total lack of anything ben10 related?!
  5. The newer additions.. to an extent.. are quite nice. But it'll take them forever to get rid of the horrible part of the park.Thing I don't like about the place, is the operations and attitude of staff. Never had good staff there, nobody seems to care, and they just run it shockingly. When I went, it was 5pm ride close. Most rides were closed by 4.45 because for some reason staff just didn't want us on them, and as walking towards park entrance the only thing open was HB leisure games - literally even the park shop had shut! WTF!But does look like you've had a good time! Good photos as well, thanks for sharing!

Oh man, I should've got one. My thirteen bear, chessie bear, thorpe bear and alton bear need a new friend.

Got your GPS on?If it is on, and still doesn't work.. I suggest throwing it at the ground at cursing at it loudly. Won't solve the problem, but it'll get rid of the anger.

Coar, calm down. This kind of angry rant is not tolerated here.
  9. Wild asia music needs turning up... Bubbles is interesting.. they've removed some IL leathers in places, yet not everywhere. Some places are blatent where they tried to remove it and failed as well. It's interesting. Also, with the smells.. change the smell cannons.. but at least remove the signs - those smells are not what the signs say anymore. Come on .Have to say, chessie does look bloody fantastic this year. Shame some of the old branding still exists (REMOVE THE OLD TOILETS SIGNS, COME ON). But other than that, it looks brill. The staff all seemed motivated, and were interacting. It's vastly different to a few years ago, and is amazing for it.Keep up good work chessie
  10. We're voting for AV though, not AV+ are we?Shows what difference AV would've made to the 2010 general election
  11. Chessie was recruiting for rides staff a couple of weeks ago. They'll almost definitely do it again within the next month - always do
  12. As the graph shows - the old political boundaries made it far too easy for labour to gain a winning majority. They've changed these boundaries, but doesn't make it that much easier. Just shows, that it takes a little uncomfort with a tory govt to kick them out, whereas labour has to have done awfully .
  13. Gotta love Air's station races. They've been doing them an awful lot recently.
  14. I highly doubt it'd change anything though. Overall, people would've voted more for tories than they would for labour... having been in power for 13yrs. AV is a load of bollocks - there's a reason why only three countries in the world use it. It's cos its ****.It's a bit like replacing a nice and sturdy B&M of which we all know, and relatively trust and live with, and replacing it with slammer - good intentions, but a load of ****.
  15. Tis AV, though last one.. maybe not
  16. Great report, thanks for taking your time to post it
  17. Mmm yeah, completely agree with the gorgeous chessie.Things which stuck out to me was the half arsed smoking areas - some don't even have benches. How could you entice people to use them if you dont make them decent.. or even permenant looking! They do need to make it noticeable as well.Another thing, was poor operation of vampire, even though they had 11 staff . Booo.

I used to enjoy this ride. Now it makes me wish I never went near thorpe park.I presume its rougher than it used to be? My 13yr old self loved it.

HRMC. That'd be great. Adverts everywhere about your self assessment, and everything.
  20. Don't know why this is in fun & games - this should be taken seriously.Anyway, I can definitely think of a lot of sponsorships. Let's take.. 3:Ripsaw : Sponsored by Cillit Bang. We know of a lot of things which need a good clean..Vampire: Sponsored by Ambrosia Custard. Enjoy rides, and custard? This is for you.Storm Surge: Marmite. Either you love it, or you hate it.

Surprised they haven't gotten rid of it yet. It's 6yrs old, and still never works. Most parks would've chucked a ride like this by now.

Good boy, good boy. You get a rep for being a model vampire slayer.

Hope you took the seatbelt out after to let your friend out - as most people who decide to do this forget that
  24. Tis a huge letdown, though I bet the guys who designed it are letdown as well that it didn't happen for whatever reason. Not that'd they'd admit it. But to have all the marketing being based of going into the teeth.. the entire teeth thing.. then have it away from the drop/main view - and more importantly... an age away from his body and tenticles.. is crap.
