James
whatabout a little waterfall over the end of the tunnel. There is a small water feature thing at the end of the tunnel. Usually has water trickling out of it?
Sheepie
loggers leap is pretty good but too slow in between the hills, mabye a bit more interactive themeing such as moving characters and whatabout a little waterfall over the end of the tunnel. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think that once the 2009 coaster is built, there will be more interaction. I'm looking forward to seeing what they're gonna do with the project; in terms of paths through the place.I mean, Thorpe and Tussauds in general are known for their interactive coasters, with paths intertwining throughout the coaster. If they're going to carry on this tradition, surely Loggers will lose some of that escapism that it provides.I'm just interested to see what they do with it. Mark9
Agree with that, makes Tidal wave makes me feel horrible afterwards and plus you could ride loggers on a cold day, but riding Tidal wave on a cold day is just madness.See the thing is Tidal Wave is less wet in colder weather. less people ride equalling a lighter boat meaning a smaller splash.. in theory . iCharlie
See the thing is Tidal Wave is less wet in colder weather. less people ride equalling a lighter boat meaning a smaller splash.. in theory . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But, the speed at what the boat travels also has a great impact on the splash also the weight of the boat is heavy. Suppose weight is also down to the people riding it. Either way..
Sheepie
Some of the boats have a different shaped front don't they?Isn't this what controls the splash shape, and size?Obviously those other factors have an effect too.
Cringle
Factors that is Tidal Wave.Size of Wave: Weight, Speed & Depth of Water.Shape of Wave: Shape of the Boat Head.Length of Wave: Weight, Speed & Wind.Speed of Drop: Weight & Wind.Speed of Lift: Hopkins. Mac
Loggers, Purely because of the length of the ride, the fun you can have on it, the whole view of the park from the top and the awesome airtime XDBut Tidal Wave comes lik 0.00000001% behind it, it's the best themed - ride in the park, even thought sponsorship has ruined it's feel....And I have great memories * Remembers filling up a whole boat with school mates and singing "barbie" girl and "everywhere we go" on tidal*
Tomnorthi
I voted loggers leap because it gets you wet, but not too wet like tidal wave does.
Joe
I voted loggers leap because it gets you wet, but not too wet like tidal wave does. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Finally someone agrees with me! Loggers, Rumba and Depth Charge kick Tidal Waves Arse IMO. Tidal Wave just ruins the day because your soking wet!Only thing good about Tidal Wave is its wwtp part
Pickles
I don't remember what I put but I would agree with Joe, mainly because I feel awful after riding Tidal Wave and then going on another ride I just get very cold.

richy2001
I think tidal wave.as its a big boat if you go on with friends and you dont just get wet, you get soaked!
Phyciodes
Yeah I think tidal wave. Also if its a really hot day and theres a long tidal queue you can still get soaked without having to queue.
MikeC
If you have ever been on Rameses, you get so much wetter sitting in middle.
Marc
Not really, only difference is tidal dont force water up your nose.
Dan9
Not really, only difference is tidal dont force water up your nose. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Which is bad if youve had a nose bleed recentely I may add. Ive devoloped I liking of Tidal recentely. Just the moisture and atmosphere of being in Amity with WWTP radio warning us of Tidal Waves and amazing theming has just made me feel better lately. Usually works more on Sunny days though tbh.
