Phyciodes
WWTP playing on the entrance this morning before the park opened, yet at the end of the day it was playing the original bridge soundtrack. Nemesis Inferno also had some type of new music in the station, playing very quietly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yay, good to hear they're still playing the original bridge soundtrack. Haven't heard that at the park for ages. When are they going to stop the soundtracks for the other rides? And will detonator still have the 5 4 3 2 1 and all that stuff? MikeC
The new music for Inferno is nearly the same as last years. WWTP wasn't playing through the front as such, it was music, but none of teh ads.

Phyciodes
Fish is keeping it's current announcements as most of them have been changed twice already. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> oh from hearing the new music quite frankly I miss the old music . I don't mind the new music but prefer the old music, especially in detty. The fish announcement is 'if you're ready the fish is ready so here we go' isn't it? Marc
Basicly the normal inferno them plays, then an announcement plays whilst you board the train and then some music plays in the background.

Marc
Detonator now has its new music, it has no countdowns or anything like that just sound effects..
Martin
fairly pointless me saying this but on wednesday the speakers at the top of detonator were working and was playing the countdown loud and clear, I love the countdown I want it back
Marc
Yea its nice the speakers are working again, just a shame we lost the great music, although I will reserve jugment until I actually hear it, the old one will take some beating. Marc
Basicly what they have done is link up every rides music system/speakers so they can easily make a park wide announcements etc, apparently some of it is now up and running but I'm not 100% sure on that. speedjunkie
Hmm, sounds like a good idea, no doubt costing a fecking lot though..the amount of speakers there must be in the park to connect up..But I spose they can announce breakdowns etc on it? Cringle
^ What took up most of the money really. I would have supported it - I support the theory - but I don't think the park needs to spend the money on it yet and the speakers stick out and there are all these wires in coloured tubes running along the paths - not hidden at all... well when I last looked anyway. MikeC
The idea of this, is mainly for Health and Safety. It is liked up to Ops Control, in Lower Dome, where they can make park wide announcements, such as fire, evac park, or warning about an ambulance arriving in park.
