Lordcutter6
Never did it see it run later in day, it did couple of test runs so I ran over to it from port atlantis and by time got tidal wave fastrack it had people on it and when got to Stealth it shut again, didn't see after that, but I don't often look out for it/see it. subculturehero
Normally I try to go on weekdays when the queues are all <30mins but at an absolute maximum:SAW - 1hrInferno - 1hrColossus - 1hrStealth - 30minsDetonator - 30minsSamurai - 30minsDepth Charge - 30minsLogger's Leap - 30minsRocky Express - 20minsQuantum - 10minsFlying Fish - 10minsX:\ - it would have to be walk-on and everything else would have to be >90 minutes. Although I was talked into it the other day. FML.
Andrew H
To clear up Stealth, It was open this morning but closed early, then it stayed closed for most of the day occasionally doing test runs then at around 5:00 (ish.) It opened with two trains running and the queue looked to be about 30 minutes.Anyway, back on topic please
holtjammy16
Taken from THORPE PARK website:"Please note: Weekdays from 3rd July - 20th July are likely to be extremely busy due to the high number of school groups visiting."This should answer any questions that query about inbetween those dates..Annoyingly I'm going on the 9th of july :/
thorpeparkjack
I'm off this friday, should still be very busy though.
stealth888
Bit of an old topic but I would like to contribute :PLongest Queues I've seen:Saw: 4 hours (queue was up round past Colossus's entrance)Colossus: 150 minsNemesis: 120 minsStealth: 2.5 hrsRush:60 minsTidal Wave:130 minsLongest Queues I've been in:Saw:100 minsColossus: 45 mins (been pretty lucky )Nemesis: 45 minsStealth: 2.5hrs (unbearable, wwtp radio had already looped and we were getting bored of it) Samurai: 45 minsFlying Fish:10 MINS OMG
Lewie900
the only time that the queues actually peak over 3 hours are at fright nights and the mazes. The Asylum always seems to have the longest. Any other busy time will be between 30 mins - 120 mins. So the longest queue I have ever seen was obviously at fright nights lol
TimR
I think The Asylum may have the longest queues becuase it does take people longer to get round since it is very disorientating, like with the chicken wire fencing, strobes and smoke, which unlike Hellgate, The Curse and Se7en don't have. ZC2009
When I went on Saw for the first time I queued for 3 hours, but that was back in the dreaded 'reduced capacity' days. Thank god its no longer that long!
Paul
I was thinking just now, there are two types of people when it comes to queueing a 3/4 hour queue. 1. These people can't believe they have queued 3 hours, and can't forget about it for the rest of the day. 2. These people also can't believe they have queued 3 hours, but once they get on the ride they completely forget about the queueing, enjoy the ride for what it is, and just remember how good the ride was - not how long they had to queue for it. I am definitely number 2.

I am definitely number 2.I am 1 and 2 really. It depends on what ride I am queuing for and other conditions. (e.g. Weather, Whether I need the toilet etc) :)Another thing is, No matter what ride it was, I would NEVER join a 180 mins queue!
Paul
Another thing is, No matter what ride it was, I would NEVER join a 180 mins queue!I agree with that as well, unless every other major ride in the park is the same. Then I don't really have a choice.

Paul
The ride queues are actually quite similar to those times, it's just the mazes that get the 2/3 hour queues.
James6
Also, isn't full capacity on Fright Nights much higher?
Paul
I didn't know that it was, but I suppose it makes sense with the addition of 4 or so more attractions than usual.

A-Kid
Yesterday queue times stuck to around 40, 50 mins for normal queues. Saw being an exception of 60 mins.

Rocket
I once queued 2 hours and 15 minutes for Slammer, that was Fright Nights '07 though wow,the longest ive queued for any ride is about an hour or maybe even an hour and a half.wouldnt dare queue longer than that.I remember fright night 07 where in about 4 hours I got on 4 rides and had dinner with 4 fastracks for the rides. TimR
I think the longest I queued for Slammer was back in FN 2007 when we queued about 1hour.
