September 17, 200915 yr comment_70447 Oh - my - god.Seriously - where's Microsoft Word? I need to do a letter of complaint soon I think.Crazy.We've all seen these queue boards at Alton Towers:And Thorpe Park's:The difference? Well Alton's are actually very accurate and more informative. OK, so they're bigger and take up more room, and perhaps not as attractive, but I'd be in favour of seeing these put in at the 2 south parks.
September 17, 200915 yr comment_70475 Thorpes can display all that information, it has the scrolling along the bottom and cycles through other pages.

September 17, 200915 yr comment_70477 I much prefer the display board shown there at Thorpe anyway. It's much better themed, and the one at Alton shown there is just really ugly in my opinion!
September 18, 200915 yr comment_70530 I agree paul.anyway, when was that photo of thorpe's one taken?Samurai 20 mins but Saw only 5? That can't be right.
September 19, 200915 yr comment_70674 By the way the queue boarding system is back to its old ways! ( in case it hasn't been said). It also failed at some point yesterday, every queue board was either blank or read zero, even the notice board was advertising all the rides at zero mins!

I honestly don't know where Thorpe came up with that idea. Even if they did use that type of system, they could of structured it better! I am so bored in astronamy at the moment at school, at least the forum is not blocked! Poor old Miss Dunn thinking that I am researching hubble telescope
September 23, 200915 yr comment_71066 lol thank f*** for that!I'm going on Sunday so it should be a blast.
September 24, 200915 yr comment_71231 And Thorpe Park's:The only wrong thing there is that Samurai has a longer queue then Saw and Stealth.....
September 24, 200915 yr comment_71235 Is Slammers Queue 1min or is it just broken? It is the new key system.See previous posts for more information. :blink:I don't know if this is true, but I have heard that the "Queue Key" (1, 2 and 3) have gone, and it is back to normal. :blink:All queue times go up in 5's.
September 24, 200915 yr comment_71236 I knew about the new system and in that photo its not in operation as Samurai has a 20min queue. What I meant was Slammers Just says "MIN" with no number not even a zero like Stealth's

September 24, 200915 yr comment_71239 Min means shut/broken. 0min means walk-on unless they are lying
September 27, 200915 yr comment_71351 0 min queues are great glad to hear the queue times have changed back.
September 27, 200915 yr comment_71372 After todays visit, I am afraid to say that the LED boards at the entrance still say quiet blah blah, however its altered slightly and 60+ is now very busy. I didn't get a chance to remember them all but its been altered slightly.
September 28, 200915 yr comment_71516 Just a quick question. Does anyone know how busy it will be on the 9th October?
September 28, 200915 yr comment_71517 It will no doubt be pretty empty since its on a weekday and most people will be planning to go during Fright Nights season. (The week after)
September 28, 200915 yr comment_71518 No but the queues should peak around a hour for Saw but flats are usually 30 mins max. Hope this helps
September 29, 200915 yr comment_71554 No but the queues should peak around a hour for Saw but flats are usually 30 mins max. Hope this helps Well I'd predict lower than that considering that those queue times are what we're getting on most weekends from the last few weeks. But then again it could be 3 hours for every ride, no one really knows for sure. But judging by patterns from the last few years then yes it should be pretty quiet.

It would NEVER happen that every ride would have a 3 hour queue.
