tomglazed
Just seen the new video. It's good, but doesn't really show or tell us anything that we don't know already

Bryant
It can be seen here, though that's not official. Also seems the video has been taken off the microsite.
123Reuben
That'll explain why I cant see it?
Sidders
Maybe they realised they made a mistake in the recreation? I never got to see it. Oh well, I really thought they'd peaked too early with the last video.
Phill
Never got to see it? Are you people blind? Alex
The last link there isn't valid... something about the requested URL not being found on this server.
123Reuben
On opening day is anyone planning to get to Thorpe really early so they can run to SAW when the park opens? If so what times are most people going?
Sidders
I really thought they'd peaked too early with the last video.Looks like I was right... this video isn't as good as the last one by a long shot.
D4n
I'm confused... the video was never launched on their YouTube page so was it the real video or not?
Bryant
The video was put onto the microsite, where it didn't show up properly.I then downloaded it and put it on my site because you could then view it properly.Between then and now they've taken it off the microsite, but it is still on mine.Trust me, it's real. TRGeorge
I SAW the video on the microsite at like 5pm, so they probably did take it off to edit it or something.I'll arive about 1/2 an hour before the park opens on open day by the way! JoshC.
I didn't see it on the microsite, and the links aren't working for me! I do wonder if it was real now. Chances of a hack in?I hear everyone planning about the opening day of the ride, but wouldn't the 'Disciples of Saw' get on it first? James
You realise it probably won't open until about 1pm right? Because if it works the same way as Stealths opening day, it will have all its Press stuff done, ride it first winners will get their rides, and then it will be open eventually for the general public.Oh yeah and that video was a bit lame. 123Reuben
Well my friends and me were planning to get there like and hour before it opens.and I heard 'Diciples of Saw' get to ride on the 13th?
TRGeorge
I hear everyone planning about the opening day of the ride, but wouldn't the 'Disciples of Saw' get on it first?I guess so, but I doubt many of us will get to do that. I'm planning on riding it on the open day even if I DID win.Does anyone know if you get to take a mate if you're a 'Disciple'?
Jamie_Hk
^^Very...it was still good and gets you excited for the ride and everything, but it wasn't anything that we didn't already know. As some people have said, maybe last months video shoulda been released later on...then again, it was October so it was probably to fit in with the whole 'Halloween'/'Fright Nights' thing. TRGeorge
I hate to double post but,Does anyone know if you get to take a mate if you're a 'Disciple'?
James
Well because the trains only seat 8 people, I presume anyone who wins will be riding with 7 other winners. And I doubt they will be opening on the 13th just to allow 8 people to ride it before anyone else does. TRGeorge
I thought that like 50 won the competition and they just ride by taking it in turns
James
Hmm maybe. Your not really the first rider though if you win and your on the 9th train. Seems a bit pointless. You could well be able to bring a mate, but it would probably be limited to 1 friend per winner otherwise you'd end up with about 250 people. Whiteknuckle
Does anyone know when the Disciples of Saw competition winners will be announced?
TRGeorge
Yh 1 mate per person. I wouldn't fancy going by myself to be honest! 'First to ride' doesnt HAVE to mean the very first ride, I guess. No sorry, I dont know when the winners will be announced We could find someone on the forum if they've ever been the first to ride?Oh well, we'll find out in good time! Will
I kind-a deserve to be a winner of first-ride because I'm a massive saw fan. If Thorpe never teamed with Lionsgate that wouldn't be a good enough reason.
