  • Sir, this is not the ride for you.

  • As Stealths wheels heat up, the train moves faster around the circuit. By "opening later" they are essentially delaying the amount of time it takes for the wheels to over heat.  Stealth in hot we

Kingda Ka cursed it. I'm telling you all. As a baby Kingda Ka, it has been cursed.

Legend goes that an old woman pleaded with the Monks of Thorpe Abbey for the charity of a coin. They cruelly dismissed her.

Scorned, the old woman screamed a cursed...

"For every piece of Kingda Ka that falls, a month of Stealth's life will be taken"

And sure enough, after Kingda Ka was removed, Stealth was shut for a month.

All I'm saying, is that if Stealth remained closed, that will be the story for the Fright Nights mazes that will take its place.

When stealth first opened was there ever a moment where all 3 trains were on the circuit?? Or atleast 3 available because I presume when it opened all 3 will have been lifted onto the track. Also over night they would've had to of left one in the station if they did this. As the other two would be in the maintenance bay.

Currently I'm 16 years old about to do GCSE's and my dream ride to become an engineer on is stealth however I fear this may not be possible with Intamin hydraulic launches dying out. Just wanted to know if anyone here has any experience on stealth personally and what the job is like.

It does still have three trains, however the third one is currently being redone or in standby in case one fails or for extra capacity. Train 1 was recently overhauled and I *think* Train 3 is currently the other one being used, whilst Train 2 is currently in the maintenance shed.

I'm currently 16 years old too, and I wish you luck on becoming an engineer on Stealth (and other rides too for that matter)

Don't have any experience working with Stealth, other than the fact that I've ridden it and it's a nightmare in terms of reliability XD

(That being said) has there been any action today...?

Back in the day it did used to have 3 trains available, with the idea of there was an issue with a train it would never have to go down to 1 train.

To be honest I’m not sure it ever made a huge difference, there would be different issues which sometimes caused it to run one train regardless of the trains available.

Now they cycle through the trains with one always being rebuilt, usually it appears mid / late season and they start on the next one, seems to work quite well for them!

Im not sure on numbers but I think there are now 2 fully refurbished trains with the 3rd one being done now. Fingers crossed they can get its issues sorted soon!

This has to be a joke.... a bit of a strange choice advertising a ride that's been closed for nearly a week. It's almost as if the marketing team have no idea what's going on at the park.

Like I completely understand ride downtime and everything, but why market a ride on your social pages when said isn't even available for the public to enjoy XD
