Phantasialand
I wonder why this was built with the original intamin track over the new design (not complaining, looks much prettier )

Airtime at UK Parks
The small amounts of airtime on the last row of thirteen I remember being pretty fun I never noticed the airtime on Saw's hill/after MCBR, although those are the parts I find the most uncomfortable and head-bangy, Prefer Stealths break run hill, Colossus' hill & Smiler's 2nd

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
I thought the costs that were publicised and everyone generally assumed as fact were: - Saw 13.5m - thirteen 15m - Swarm £20m - The Smiler £18m

I never knew thunderlooper was over 130ft why were they allowed to have that?

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Didn't see them cleaning Galactica's when I was there, maybe due to the rain though

Hyperia Speculation and Construction Thread
Neither saw or Colossus were rough to begin with though, they can't exactly predict that.. Understandable what you say about your back but rides at a theme park aren't exactly designed to be ridable by someone with a bad back

Hershey Park
or used by people who see the queues for the other 2 are longer

Wicker Man
If everyone treated this woodie as the small family coaster it's clearly meant to be then maybe people would be less disappointed its the SW label that's misleading I guess

Cedar Point
What difference does RMC treatment make? (Just asking because I've seen people complain about other coasters that had it and idg why it's a bad thing)

SAW: The Ride
Saw 8 comes out next year so we'll probably see this and saw alive keep their contract for a while still

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
I think it is Derren, isn't it him we saw in old BTS videos of them filming something with him dressed like a homeless guy?

Blackpool Pleasure Beach
When is construction of the mack coaster likely to start?

Disneyland Resort California
To be fair, Avatar is like the second highest grossing film of all time.. A new one is probably on the horizon aswell

I hope they wouldn't be considering removing it, it's a fun ride and still seems popular

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
But who does it spoil the fun for? Someone willingly looking to find out what happens? People know the layouts of FN mazes etc by heart but that doesn't mean it spoils the fun.. I've watched certain horror movies a billion times but they're still fun to watch.. I now know what happens in this ride but I'm pretty certain I'd still find it fun, or else I wouldn't have actively looked in the spoiler thread.

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Not having it on the official thorpe fansite wouldn't mean people can't find out about it elsewhere and they aren't making anyone sign NDA's anymore right? Would make more sense to read about it in a spoiler thread on the official site than anywhere else.. Doesn't make that much sense

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Sorry to refer to the discussion a page+ ago but why does anyone give a **** if people share what happens on the ride? Yeah thorpe park asked people not to share but really what the hell is the problem? If someone wants to find out what happens on the ride without riding it then why does it matter in any way that they can find out? It's like the strangest thing ever that anyone gets stroppy about it, if it doesn't affect you then don't let it affect you lol

Galactica
Yesterday morning when I was queueing for this they were only putting 2 people on each row.. Is that a regular thing? Also, we got on the ride, put the goggles on, then were told to go back into the loading bay as they were closing the ride due to the rain, they let us wait for a while then told us all to leave the ride and queue this would be understandable if half an hour later I didn't see it running with guests on board when the rain was actually heavier and more wind had picked up! Was a bit of a kick in the teeth after queuing so long

I was there tues & weds, it was on & off busy mainly due to school kids everywhere galactica tends to go between 45-70 mins all day, Smiler was 15 most of the time but would sometimes peak to 40 It's hard to explain how busy it was because sometimes a ride would be walk on but then not too long after the same ride would have a 30min queue
-
Alton Towers General Discussion
What's the deal with them making it impossible to have an idea of what the queuetimes are like? Half the rides say 'for queue times download the app' and the app mentioned updates times every 30 mins... Meaning when you get to a ride shown as a '20min' queue is now 70

M & D park Motherwell, incident
How the hell did it manage to fully derail?
-
Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
I don't think there's been that much bad reviews? The only thing that sticks out to me is the possibility of it not being that re-ridable which is bad considering it's arrived as a huge investment over a new coaster

Fright Nights 2016
Yeah I guess so, it's just a shame they got rid of it in the first place, I feel Asylum and seven were pretty good staple FN mazes that had good enough themes to stay popular for a long time
-
Fright Nights 2016
Their new mazes all have felt so forgettable, I miss Asylum, Se7en etcetc.. I always heard people speak the worst of Hellgate but my run in that compared to my run in CITW last year, Hellgate wins

Anyone been in the park this week? Going on Tuesday for a couple days and wondering how busy it's likely to be
