What a massive fail. How did they not realise this would be a problem? As I had static bus on my visit I thought I might go back at some point to get a go on it, certainly won't bother going again now though.

Although you are completely right of course, it's at the point now that even a nostalgic old thing like me would rather they got shot of all the knackered stuff (ie most things) and scaled it down to the few things they can do well, then build it back up from there.

It's an experience then I suppose, but a poorly thought through one. If we have all those staff here funded at the expense of Hex opening then someone somewhere needs a stern talking to and a gentle slap. How long then before we have two queues, one station with VR the other one without, dispatching 2 trains to each VR one?

All these people had just bought fastrack tickets to the sale, it's the Merlin way! I thought it was damn obvious from when it was announced that this stunt would piss if more people than it pleased with such a limited number. And so it came to pass. Shop and merch looks stunning.

With Alton queue line shops being changed to vending machines I'm surprised to see a shop at all. Machines make more sense to me in a queue as they can be open regardless of how by it is, have no staffing costs and sell the same stuff anyway.

You get a lot lot less of that here than other fan sites imo, and when it does crop up it usually is at least in some way informative.

I imagine they've all been redeployed to a row of Galactica with some alcohol wipes. Actually entertaining anyone seems pretty low on the priorities these days.

Got mine too! Considering taking tickets for later in the year, I imagine these preview days will be crazy busy.

It's a great decision. It was a mess as it was, and the best seats are the rear ones facing forwards. They were forceless in comparison when reversed. Looking forward to getting back on those seats!
