  1. As a smoker, I can honestly say I never noticed these. I did make sure I used the one by Inferno though But a massive no no to smoking in queues, I agree.
  2. Thorpe assured me last year they were looking after Colossus...

  4. excuse my language but what the **** was that.
  5. I love it. I do think there are flaws in the map which have already been stated, but regardless, I'm loving the style they have gone for.
  6. Favourite is between Gabrielle Aplin, Justin Vernon and Ben Howard, least favourite is Jason Derulo.
  7. Just realised I SHOULD be able to come to this because of it being an April date, meaning I would have finished placement and I have a month off so I'll be at home
  8. can't breathe, matt your report brought a tear to my eye
  9. Will do my best to be there, it'll be the year anniversary at the same park, and around the same date since my first ever TPM meet
  10. I think we'd be lucky to get anything on half of that level of theming, but maybe we shouldn't be so quick to judge, Thorpe could surprise us all.
  11. I would love to come, however, I would have to get the train as I ain't trekking that by car, I'll have a look at train prices and see what I can do
  12. What do you think Detonator will be renamed to? Catapult?
  13. The station is really good and the shotguns used to be quite decent until H&S came in and stopped people from queuing in that part of the building.
  14. Universal also uses HUGE IPs which will always be popular or be remembered for a long time. Think about how long Jaws was around for and how famous it is, just like with Back to the Future and Jurrassic Park. They are all iconic IP's, SAW and Angry Birds are not. But being Universal Studios they have the money to do the IPs justice. I'm just not a fan of IPs as I find them quite lazy and I express this quite frequently, if it's a park like Disney/Universal that's understandable but a theme park which doesn't really have any connections to films/movies/games just makes them stick out like a sore thumb. I'm sure a lot of people will disagree, however, I do think it will benefit the park and give it more of a family appeal.
  15. can't see it happening with the height limit, but who knows?
  16. I rode Space Mountain 7x in a row and never found a problem with the roughness
