Actually love that song Found this song, it's pretty awesome in my opinion!

Well everyone knows that Stalin was the best. No poll required.

I'm annoyed. I really like Dr Pepper. I also really like Fanta Fruit Twist. In the end I had to go for Dr Pepper, as there is no Fruit Twist option and I don't want people thinking I like that nasty orange stuff Cherry Tango is also fooking delicious.

Is this poll for realz?

I was going to point out that grammatical error but you did it much better than I would have done. I don't get why people don't understand the difference between 'your' and 'you're'. It ain't hard (General issue, in no way aimed at Liam there)

I shall try my utmost best to add to this collection next month

I haven't actually seen Paranormal Activity 3 but I've heard it's terrible so I don't really have any interest in ever watching it. However, if 4 is genuinely better then I may watch it due to the reasons you've pointed out. Yeah, I compared it to SAW because that franchise was dragged out to the point where it became ridiculous, but I still love it Well, I didn't like VI but I thought VII wrapped it up quite nicely, and at least the producers behind the franchise saw the loss of interest and decided to reject the idea of an 8th film. Hopefully Paranormal Activity will now do the same

Genuinely facepalming over that. It's like the SAW franchise all over again.

That observation tower is really quite ugly tbh. In pictures and in person.

It's just a laugh, not a personal attack! Cheer up

1) The Swarm. Amazing ride, I love the inverted drop (even though I thought I was going to hate it) and it delivers a great ride every time. The only downfall is the length of the ride, but that minor 'fault' does not significantly reduce my opinion of the ride. 2) Nemesis Inferno. Shock horror, I've rated Inferno above Nemesis! When I first rode Inferno I had an innocent mind, as in I had no idea what the ride would be like, and had no expectations whatsoever. The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for Nemesis. I love Inferno, it's a great, solid ride, and the only reason Swarm gets top vote is because I love the gliding feeling the ride delivers. Now I'm totally unsure. I only rode Alton's B&M's in February this year, and I feel like I need to ride them more (in better weather too) in order to make a properly informed judgement. My last visit to Alton before February was in 1998, and I was 4, so there was no way I could have gone on any of the coasters then . I loved both Air and Oblivion, yet Nemesis was a let down for me. I'd heard so many positive, raving reviews about Nemesis, and it just didn't meet my expectations. That said, it is in no way a bad ride, I just feel like I don't like it as much as I potentially could have due to not having an innocent mind on my first ride. My opinions may well change after a few more visits to Alton, but until then I rate Thorpe's B&M's above the other 3. It's quite close between Inferno and either Air or Oblivion, but as previously mentioned I feel like I need to re-ride Alton's B&M's before I rate them properly.

I think these are school days - I'm pretty sure they are the dates that were mentioned to us on the Colossus ERT. If so, the park is going to be absolutely rammed with school kids so it really wouldn't be a good day to go.

Nemesis Inferno. I just know that whenever I go on it I'm going to have a great, thrilling ride. The pre-lift section = awesome. The first loop and zero-g roll = awesome. The corkscrews = good. The helix = alright. I too often get the "urgh, is that it?" feeling after riding Inferno, but I am fully aware that it IS a short ride, and the forces and the fact it's inverted seem to make up for it in my opinion. Now Colossus. Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way saying it is an awful ride, but I cannot seem to go on it without receiving a serious headbashing. The loop is absolutely fine, but from the cobra roll it is just pure pain for me. As Mark said, Colossus is a bit hit and miss, yet even the 'better' rides are still quite painful. It's layout is fantastic, as is the interaction with other guests, yet I simply cannot enjoy a ride that hurts me as much as Colossus does. In addition I really hate the trains as they are a nightmare to get into and I don't find them that comfortable, whereas I have no issue with Inferno. Taking all things into consideration, Inferno wins for me. Both rides have weaknesses but Inferno's saving grace is that I don't come off it with a pounding headache and burning ears. I know some people find the forces on Inferno a bit much and grey out, but I have never had this problem! If Colossus didn't hurt my head so much it would win because of it's awesome layout, the speed which it goes through all the elements, etc, but as I previously mentioned I just cannot enjoy a ride that causes me that much pain.

Aww shucks, it was nothing But yeah, as Ian said they are a bit samey as it was very difficult to get a variety of shots considering the limited space we had to take them, but I did try to get shots of as many different people as I could! Plus the gates nearly took me out when they opened unexpectedly as I was leaning on them trying to get a photo (silly op didn't warn me ). Anyways, I hope we did you guys proud with them!

The sheer height of The Shard is terrifying beyond belief. I genuinely hate just walking by it as it makes me feel unbelievably dizzy and causes me to panic

How some people managed 11 rides I will NEVER understand. I felt like my brain was hemorrhaging after the 3rd ride, so I quit and ran around with the camera instead, so apologies for any rubbish photos that may surface! But overall I think it was really successful - many thanks to Thorpe for doing this for us, and to the staff that stayed behind! It was nice to see people again too, and to meet some new faces. It's safe to say I look forward to future meets
