    Instruments

I can play the piano but very minimillay. Same with the ukulele. I can barely read sheet music. I used to be able to fluently, but I forgot it all.
  3. They can't do that! The Rocky Express is amazing!
  4. First VR (when it works) + Suspended train on DBGT.The rest is average.
  5. New flat rides! It's been a while. How is the boat ride going to fit in Old Town though..?
  6. Drop towers are terrifying! I can't stand the things! But I love them!

    The Blade

Tbf so long as Hex and Sub Terra come back I won't really mind if The Blade goes

    The Blade

It's 50/50. It could stay, it could go. I do hope it stays!

    The Blade

Photo Credit to Theme Park Guide Looks like The Blade is being dismantled
  11. Space Mountain at WDW is a bit crap. I much prefer the one at DLP. RnR at DLP is also much much better than the one in Florida.

    Wicker Man

The Wickerman as the theme. I remain doubtful, however if this information is true I will be very disappointed.
  13. I found Submission fun. Slightly painful.. but fun!

    Anti-Rant

I'm slightly late (over two weeks late) with this post, however I still wanted to share it. I was asked (along with two others) to present a dancing & acting show at the Theatre Royal Windsor. By presenting, I mean introducing the show, talking before and after the interval and also closing the show. The theatre seats around 600 people; the largest audience I've ever had to perform to. It was absolutely terrifying, but I loved it. I'd do it again in an instant! Massively boosted my confidence
  15. If Thorpe were to get a wooden coaster, I think an RMC hybrid would be the best to put in. They could design it to be thrilling, but more so a ride for those who aren't quite tall enough for the big 5, and aren't really interested in the family flats. Loggers won't return. Thorpe have been saying on social media that they have no plans for it to go anywhere yet, but I somehow think otherwise. It'll be left in the same condition as this year and then they'll eventually decide to remove it.
  16. I have a few opinions that may be considered unpopular... Terror of the Towers is awful Saw is my favourite Thorpe ride (joint with Swarm) Oblivion is rather boring I prefer Galactica with VR DBGT is a great attraction (when everything is working properly)
  17. I remember X backwards, but I don't remember it being too painful. It just stopped.. a lot.. for long periods of time..
  18. My first ride I can remember was Nemesis Inferno in 2011. I did visit the park before that but it was whilst I was very young and not tall enough for anything really.
  19. I don't have a Top 10 but I do have a small list of deceased attractions I wished I could've ridden: Wicked Witches Haunt Jaws: The Ride Corkscrew The Flume I'm most disappointed about Jaws; it looked so damn good
  20. I wonder if they'll consider adding a few new effects/segments to Saw Alive next year, with Saw 8 coming out in October. If they don't however, I'll be a tad disappointed as Saw Alive is rather boring now after 7 years of operating.
  21. My first major coaster I believe was Vampire, however the one I remember perfectly was Nemesis Inferno.

    Television

I've been watching the TV show 'The Exorcist' recently, and I have to say it's better than I thought it would be. Despite it being linked to the infamous novel and movie, it feels very different and it brings a brand new, contemporary storyline. It does have some similarities of course. It has some headspins, vomit, spooky attics, and the spine-tingling Tubular Bells has been played (still hate music, in a good way of course!) I've only seen two episodes as of yet, but I'm desperate to see more. Would definitely recommend.
  23. £9 for Olympia Looping is not as bad as I expected! Will definitely make sure I give it a ride at some point this winter.
  24. I much prefer theming over force on a rollercoaster, it is a very close call though! Theming adds to the experience which is what I take into account when reviewing a coaster. I'd definitely rather a ride with great theming and not as much force than heavy force and zero theming
  25. I've never actually done a Merlin dungeon. I wussed out of the Warwick dungeon about 4-5 years ago and each time I've been to London recently I've never had time to do the Dungeon. Will definitely have done the London one before the end of year though.
