If you'd read this thread, you would have come to the conclusion that Flume and Ripsaw are the only permanent closures (photos of Ripsaw in pieces and the Flume being confirmed by the park) and the others are SBNO

Went there a good four or five years ago, I don't remember much but I do remember that it was a good day out. There was a great play park that I enjoyed at the time.

I'm very happy that this attraction is getting a refurbishment. It deserves it, even if it doesn't seem a patch on its predecessors. The ride has always been a happy memory for me, so with a new lease of life it should bring many more! Can't wait to ride it in the new season.

Despite it not being exactly what I thought, I'm still very excited for this! I think it'll be pulled off well, and those trailers really have set off the (Victorian steam) hype train for me!

Reading through the comments section on any Thorpe park social media post is enough to kill any brain cells you once had. I love how most presume it's a rollercoaster or a show. Yep, Thorpe are opening a new £30M show, obviously.

Speaking of art, my WC16 fan art was actually featured on @thorpeparkofficial's Instagram page! Was totally out of the blue because I had posted the original three weeks prior.

Tales of the coast is the most disturbing ride I've been on. I don't think it meant to be that way, but there was such an eerie darkness all the time that it just genuinely creeped me out. Hopefully Pleasurewood Hills can get another good ride, was definitely a place I'll go to again due to it being close to family.

It is annoying, and my family often refuse to do them at various Merlin attractions, and it's an excuse for money.I suppose as you're using VR in most cases, ORPs won't be very good.

Looking at the website, it's themed around a tour, so maybe the green screen point will be for your family to pose for their tour photo or space ID card or something? That's all I can come up with. I'm excited about this new change, though I did like the original Air.

Dino Safari was a large large part of my childhood (well, about eight to ten years ago) so I'll be very sad to see it gone. Legoland seem to like tearing out my favourite parts and essentially replacing them with crap.

Put me down as a maybe! I will have to bring a friend and will arrive at about quarter to two due to having classes.

We're saying Byeway to Safari Skyway. Was a nice little ride, and sad to see one of the original rides gone, but it didn't really fit into the newer layout of the zoo and looked rusted and ready to topple over anyway.

Went to Shrek's adventure earlier today. It was quite good and unique, though I thought id be seeing more of Httyd/ Kung Fu Panda/ Madagascar in it. I Liked the bus ride, though it probably would have been better with the bus itself moving! The end was a bit silly, almost forcing you to buy the photo album. Enjoyed it all though!
