Korikon
Korikon, the pictures posted are pictures of Nemesis Inferno back in 2003. But recently the effects on Inferno have been gradually re-appearing, like the mist, red lights and water effects etc. Yeah I knew when the pictures were from, but someone said they have the red lights back so I assumed they'd have got it looking similar to back then.Glad to see some of the theming coming back, it improved the rides loads. Todge
http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/8291/p1040299q.jpgThese effects Thanks for that, I'm hoping the 'rumbling' effect will come back in the queue line soon.
TimR
These 2 pictures are from several years ago:Love it, the 2nd one is the best.Yep they are working now and they also have mist spraying up from the floor instead of when your just about to enter the cave. Paul
Glad to see them finally putting effort into fixing the ride theming after so long ^^Just little touches like that might not seem a great deal, but they definitely make a huge difference to the ride experience. I am looking foward even more to riding Nemesis Inferno if it is going to have amazing effects that are probably new to be as the reliability of effects at THORPE PARK is... lets say....Poor! Korikon
I am not going back til Fright Night, but I'd love to see those effects on the ride still in place during the dark. Should be great.
Sidders
Well smoke on the floor is probably better than in the entrance to the volcano, because it hides the concrete floor which wouldn't be on my list of things to see in a volcano, and it makes it seems like there is lava on the floor too. So I'm happy
TimR
Just little touches like that might not seem a great deal, but they definitely make a huge difference to the ride experience.Totally agree, it was my best ride this year and possibly last year aswell. Should be great.During Fright Nights the lights are blue I think. That is if Nemesis Inferno keeps the 'Hell Frozen Over' theme this year. Johnny07
A similar thing happened this time last year. The odd effect around the park was fixed, if I remember correctly it was the inferno geysers and stealth smoke? These lasted a reasonable amount of time, as in, a couple of months. I'll be cliche and say "WON'T BE LONG TILL ITS BROKEN!" with the effects fixed as of late, but its most likely the truth.

A-Kid
Ah yeah, there was one day last year in march where the mist was even thicker than that. 9th of March I think. They were trying fog instead of water though. It covered the low section after the 0G. Best ride ever on it!
Mark9
Awesome work Thorpe in getting the mist going again on Inferno. The tunnel mist in particular is such an important effect and I'm glad its been fixed. The fact that they have gone to the lengths to get the geiser mist going again near the top of the volcano fills me with hope to other effects at the park. Dan9
This is excellent news .Thorpe really seem to be on it now and really paying attention to the little details of the park such as effects which just make the day that bit better. Hope these kind of improvements continue!
Sam P
Hope so but this is Thorpe Park we are talking about . But I'm glad they have sorted it out.
Dan9
Hope so but this is Thorpe Park we are talking about .Well people would have said that if anyone had even hinted at the idea of effects being fixed. But now they've gone and proved people wrong and fixed nearly all the Nemesis Inferno effects, including one which hasn't been working for years! Phyciodes
It really did add a big difference to front row inferno today! Nice effects and is pretty effective, was nice getting the misty water in the face to with the weather as it was

Whiteknuckle
Was there today, hardly any mist in the tunnel, and one of the vents by the steps working part time.
