Quick Questions

Hi all, I'm going on Saturday and wanted to know some stuff. First off, any tips? I'm going early so thats sorted, but anything about eating etc would be helpful. Second, how busy do you think it will be, like in queue times, and will I need fast track? Also, will there be actors in the SAW queue, or is this rarely done? And finally, wil Stealth be back up by then and what other rides will be closed? Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi guys, I'm assuming that a light shower on and off during the day (which is forecast for TP tomorrow) won't shut down all the rides? I am going with a friend who hasn't been for ages and I want her to get on all the rides! I heard that sometimes if the rain is bad, they will stop people going on the front seats (unless they want to get battered by the rain drops! I hear it can be quite painful) but other than that normal service is resumed when it rains? What about Stealth as I know this shuts at a hint of slight wind or weather change - can this still run in the wet/rain? I bought 2 tickets yesterday via phone using corporate discount, but have to pick up the tickets from the Advanced Ticket booths. Does anyone know if these booths open before the gates open, as I want to be one of the first on the park and not be queuing for tickets!

Hey guys, just signed up to the forum as I'm going to thorpe park for the first time tomorrow. I've been waiting to go since I was young but finally saved up enough and got a car to go. My main question is whats the best plan of attack for ensuring I get on all the main rides, as in what order should I do them in? When I go to Alton Towers, I know the place like the back of my hand and know where to start and sort of make a loop round? I'll be there from opening till closing but yea, any feedback of which way to do it or whats really good to try would be appriciated. Thanks James

How much costs the Stealth statue in the shop at Thorpe Park?

Hello everyone, Was hoping for some help as me and my friends are planning a little trip down to London/Surrey just to go to Thorpe Park. We are staying for one night and so we will have some small luggage, was just wondering if there is anywhere in the park we could leave this safely as it would be a lot of hassle to carry around and I doubt it would fit in lockers. We could proably fit everyones stuff into 2 small suitcases. Any ideas and how much it will cost? Thanks in advance!

Have noticed on the website you cannot buy tickets for this day. Given you cant for the 19th and the scrolling message on the site this seems to imply they are sold out for this day. However they neglect to mention this. Also on some of the newer 2 for 1 deals these days were blacked out (but not the older ones). I find it hard to believe they sold out that far in advanced (unless massive school booking). So basically whats going on those days? There's no events listed.

Me and my friends just finished our exams today and are planning to go to thorpe park in the holidays before the schools break up, so early July. Is there a particuluar time to go which will be quiet? The only days we cant do is monday and friday. Thanks

when is the annual pass day for 2012?

This may be pointless to some, however in the past few days I have purchased and received my McLaren t-shirts for the 2012 F1 season, and when I got the shirts I looked at them and felt the shirts (with little tweaks) would really suit Thorpe Park staff, is not all the Merlin Theme parks! If you look at the shirt you can see its 100% polyester, so it’s comfortable and cool (summer obliviously) I was thinking that the Wight shirt would be perfect for ride staff and general staff.
