Maybe it isn't always the case, I don't often queue for Colossus due to how slow it seems to move (even when it's running two trains). I do recall hearing the theme music at a high pitch though.

From what I understand they weren't allowed to build any higher than 205ft (even that was a push, hence why the tower is painted white).

It annoys me that people who save lives (nurses, police etc) get paid the bare minimum, then footballers who bite people, kick people and are generally arrogant horrible people get thousands of pounds a week! (This is the rant topic! )

What sort of state was it in What was there in terms of theming?

I don't understand why they don't still play the full theme in the Colossus queueline, now the whole queueline gets the "Please Stand Clear" announcement, which doesn't even play in the station!

I've got the privilege pack, the birthday thing is pointless and stupid, and I fear it's replaced the friends and family deal. Most of the birthdays in my family are in closed season, so this renders it pointless. Giving out Fastrack's is not a good thing, it's a way of covering not running a park properly and it means that the queues will be even slower and longer this year. Calling us "wizards" is an absolute joke though. It's the adults who usually read this stuff, it's like they are speaking to five year olds. Also, the Dungeons (about death, blood and gore) are now "magical worlds" according to the new marketing strategy. Pathetic.

They are removing it because it won't make as much money as charging ridiculous prices for mediocre, tiny meals (Burger Kitchen). Welcome to the "magical" world of m£rlin!

With regards to the new map, I'm also not sure on the fact that Thorpe is now a ghost town (no people are shown on the map). The fatheads were something I quite liked in the last map, I just didn't like the map they were on.

I've never been to Port Av but this seems like a very strange decision to me. Will they be going for world's tallest? (Coaster)

Well according to the new map, Inferno produces G-Force similar to the G-Force an Astronaut experiences during a rocket lunch! I'm guessing that whoever wrote that was hungry at the time...

Absolutely appalling map, it doesn't represent the layout of the park in any way whatsoever, the coasters look ridiculous and it doesn't make any sort of sense. I'm not sure if it is an impovement on the old one, they are both pretty dire to be honest.

Colossus looks so much nicer without all the excess foliage, rust, oil, mould... you get the idea.
