Mark9
No.. it just basically stopped at a very awkward angle. I have the video of it somewhere..
James
Yeah there is a video of it on Youtube, and I witnessed it at the park with Joe and took pics. It was not upside down, some girls restraints did not open, no-one died, blah blah blah etc.

Mer
Was at the park for a few hours today and got a picture of Slammer at the top. It was going up and down all day apparently. Only got it from the start of Colossus bridge as we were in a rush hehe.
TheCon
Going on the 27th, would be awesome if Slammer is running smoothly. It's my chance to finally push my brother onto it..
James
Haha Slammer has always been my favourite for dragging my wimpish friends onto
Martin
Didn't I drag you on James paha
TheCon
There's always dragging involved, I don't see what's so scary about the look of it?
James
Didn't I drag you on James pahaOooeeerr ;)I think its the just fact its a 105ft tall ride with minimal restraints. Mmm yummy!
TheCon
Yet so harmless! It can't be a restraint issue for my brother, he's fine on Rush.Definately that and the height, for my friend.. gonna have a big task on my hands (if it's open)
Josh R
I will not ride slammer if the que line exceeds 15 mins. I find the restraints too painful, and I don't really get much of a thrill from it. It does nothing for me. I'm prepared for a torrent of fanboy/girl abuse... bubbly
I always wonder how people find the restraints on Slammer painful as I have never found them uncomfortable or anything. Just scary haha

Tom Stephens
Just got in from Thorpe, Slammer was going up and down, but the two times I saw this happen,it's spun the first 180 degrees then it got stuck upside down, the mechanics were on the top working on it. Will try and find the picture of this.
Inferno14
I'm scared of Slammer! Any tips for riding it? I'm gonna be so scared of the forward flips.

jason10
I know no one knows for sure, and it's really a stab in the dark. But, what do you guys think the probability of Slammer opening on either Saturday or Sunday is?
Paul
I know no one knows for sure, and it's really a stab in the dark. But, what do you guys think the probability of Slammer opening on either Saturday or Sunday is?Judging by the amount of testing currently being carried out, I would get that there is quite a good chance that Slammer might be up and running by the weekend. But as you said, no one knows. It could be tomorrow, it could be monday.
