March 12, 200916 yr comment_47629 I think it will be okay for tomorrow, if it is unavailable that will be really bad for Thorpe, they will be doing everything to get it right.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47630 Standard Technical Difficulties, you will not be able to find out any exact reason. The park plan to have the ride open for tomorrow.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47631 so this means people who won the tpm competition dident get to ride it?
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47632 so this means people who won the tpm competition dident get to ride it?Unfortunately, yes this would have been the case. Rush and Colossus where opened instead for other people at the park today. They done their best to get the ride open but it was not possible today.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47635 I absoutely hate it when newspapers blow everything out of proportion. And for what? A bit of news which most of isn't true, just for ratings. Articles such as this one put bad names to somewhere which doesn't need it. Yes, it did break down. So what? You don't hear the newspapers ramble on about how Stealth had a 'near-fatal backwards freefall to hell as one of the rides mechanisms failed to launch it to a safe speed.' AKA, a roll back. The only reason it got into the news is because it had celebrity riders. One thing whoch bugs me is how they mention it is 'at one point, 200m high...' What the hell? Also, this. 'Jonathan Ross, who was on the long-anticipated ride with his wife and son, looked shaken when the ride finished, and was seen rubbing his son’s back.' It's a horror ride. What do you expect? *End Rant*
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47636 I couldn't agree with you more jason, I have posted my view under comments on that article, my comment is named Tim.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47643 a woman being tortured by a masked maniac, and a 'dead' man is suspended in barbed wire.Interesting....
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47647 Yeahh can anyone help me here, I'm a bit lost. Dozens of people were trapped for 15 minutes as the ride’s barriers shut down. What barriers
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47657 Air Gates? Block Brakes? Maybe it's just that the press don't know the proper term for them. Which wouldn't exactly shock the life from me I must say...
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47658 Maybe there are barriers before you enter the dark section?I feel bad for the admins and TPM members who won the competition but I hope it's up for Saturday *prays*
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47659 Can I say, it will be open for tomorow and the weekend I saw it testing earlier when I was in science. So whatever the fault is it must of been fixed.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47662 Thanks I hope so I really want ot know whats inside seeing as I have to wait till summerish.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47663 If that's is true, I am very glad and I hope that it doesn't break down anymore. I bet it sucks to be Johnathan Ross and Co, we (TPM) might be able to ride it before him on Saturday seeing as Celebs are more busy than we are.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47667 Rossy has ridden it-reported last night on his twitter and despite what the mail said, was positive.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47669 If that's is true, I am very glad and I hope that it doesn't break down anymore. I bet it sucks to be Johnathan Ross and Co, we (TPM) might be able to ride it before him on Saturday seeing as Celebs are more busy than we are.Yeah I bet it really does suck to have millions of pounds and be on TV every week. Honestly, I do think there are other things Jonathon Ross really cares about.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47671 Rossy has ridden it-reported last night on his twitter and despite what the mail said, was positive.Any chance of a link to that report? Thanks
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47674 It was a joke :)Well that'd good that SAW is testing but it doesn't necessarily mean it's fixed but I hope it is anyway.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47676 If that's is true, I am very glad and I hope that it doesn't break down anymore. I bet it sucks to be Johnathan Ross and Co, we (TPM) might be able to ride it before him on Saturday seeing as Celebs are more busy than we are.I'm sure whether or not he rode Saw was the least of his worries in life.Rossy has ridden it-reported last night on his twitter and despite what the mail said, was positive.Glad to hear that really, celebs bigging it up will do some good.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47684 Well the Sun's article is even worse!http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...icle2315864.eceSilly cow "I spent millions on my big FAKE tits and I don't want to ruin them by having fun on a rollercoaster!"Sorry but that's just pathetic! The joke's on her, with big things like that bulging out of her chest she wouldn't have been able to fit on the rides anyway, should she take the risk
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47688 A few comments:Fook me she's minging. If you're going to post a spoiler, use the f*cking spoiler tags.Should've bloody left Jonathan Ross on there.I guarantee I'm busier than most celebrities right now, Will. The blatant Theme Park geeks getting all angry with the Daily Mail readers in the comments is hilarious. That is a fight I'd pay to see.I'm still going to wait until the summer to ride it.
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47689 That is all so pathetic. The papers really do make Thorpe look bad with them reports but at the end of the day, it broke down :/ just cos it was open for celebrities, it doesn't mean that everything has to be working properly and whatever. But aah, Mutya was there moving on...
March 12, 200916 yr comment_47693 For the 5th time... The park does plan to open Saw for tomorrow. If anybody asks the same question again I request a warn level on them.
