Ryan Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 Why is the countdown on the mini site counting down to 1 am, surely the ride wont open that early in the morning? Quote
chris.radders Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 perhaps that is when the complete ride will be unveiled.... like photos and video etc.or it's to do with the story Quote
Sidders Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 Interesting...Another thing, what gave you the idea that there'll be many different rooms or chambers for the car to pass through>?Jigsaw may give the riders set 'challenges' to complete in the rooms, like avoiding a buzzsaw for example, but of course, you'd only come in close contact with the saw and narrowly miss it. Just a thought... Quote
iCharlie Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 Health and safety would throw a tantrum. Quote
Ellie Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 Why is the countdown on the mini site counting down to 1 am, surely the ride wont open that early in the morning? hmm... It was around them that the Youtube video was released... Quote
Jack The Sack Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Any updates on Station progress etc?I swear, if you look really closely at the station photos where the sides are going up, right next to the mini-drop and the turn before the zero-g roll are some black curved stairs? (you'll probably have to zoom in).Possibly for the queueline? Quote
Rich Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Nah, most likey to be a route for the engineers or stairs for when it breaks down and they need to get the guests out. Quote
Ryan Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 the disciples of jigsaw thingy is up on the mini site but its taking for ever to load Quote
123Reuben Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 it didnt take long for it too load for me but it took me ages to complete jigsaws game. so disgustinghas anyone else entered yet? Quote
Tom Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 ah ha!It says you must be older than 12 to play, thuss meaning no 15 age restriction, but maybe a 12?and yeah, it was fun Quote
iCharlie Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 That 'game' was actually rather sickening. Not to mention pointless.Oh well, better than nothing Quote
Pickles Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 I can't saw through the bone on the first thingy. Quote
Whiteknuckle Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 It took it's time sawing through the leg. Pretty gruesome really Entered though. Quote

Jack The Sack Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 That was really disturbing.By the way, I'm just saying IF I won, when would I expect the phonecall or whatever? (And yes this is a really sad question but I'm genuinely hoping I'll win, which probably wont happen =/)Even If I dont win I cant wait to ride it! =D Quote
iCharlie Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 No idea, unless it states a date somewhere on the website. Quote
Chris Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 I just entered the Disciples Of Jigsaw thing, It was kind of pointless but oh well, have done it now. Quote
Sidders Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 Judging by the reviews so far, and knowing how GCI gore seems much more graphic when compared to real gore, I think I'll pass and wait for the official opening <_<Does anyone know if Thorpe'll open SAW early for the Thrill Chill? Quote
Phill Posted October 31, 2008 Author Report Posted October 31, 2008 Saw won't be opening for Thrill Chill. It'll be opening the 13th/14th of March. Quote
Jamie_Hk Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 That's better, there'll be a more official opening, with a lot more guests to ride and everything Quote

Whiteknuckle Posted November 3, 2008 Report Posted November 3, 2008 I suppose it has to be that big to accomidate the indoor section of the ride. Loooking good though. Quote
