August 28, 200916 yr comment_68191 I'm not sure why the ride went, probably due to escalating maintenance costs or simply the park thought it would be a good way to reinforce the target audience they had changed to.I'm pretty sure though there isn't anything in it's place at the moment though.

September 14, 200915 yr comment_70274 Rodeo was removed due to problems sourcing parts, I believe. You can still see the control box, ride area, queue line and cowboy from Runaway Train, however they are now somewhat decrepit.
May 22, 201015 yr comment_91930 Can someone post a picture of the queue and control box from the runaway train, because I probably wont know where it is if I tried to look when I visit. Thanks =]
May 22, 201015 yr comment_91932 These aren't from Runaway Train, these are from the back of Ramases.Control BoxAnd the horse that used to be the centre piece of the ride.In both you can see the queueline is in good condition. Actually looks like a "good" queue as it wrapped around the ride in a lot of greenery as well as a decent view of other rides, would have loved to at least have tried Rodeo. Much clearer view of the area from on-board RT but never taken pictures of it.
May 22, 201015 yr comment_91933 It looks like it had pretty good theming around there. A big shame... Seeing abandoned queuelines covered in leaves feels very mysterious...
May 22, 201015 yr comment_91935 You can even see details such as the themed lanterns throughout the queue
June 6, 201015 yr comment_92964 Argh, 2 double posts in one day Here you can see Rodeo's area in it's current state. Depressing and exactly as it's been since it was removed in 2004.

October 26, 201014 yr comment_101460 Merged with original topic. Please take a brief look to see if there are any similar topics before starting new ones. The original was the second one down, for example.I've never experienced any Breakdance, I know Rodeo has a place in a lot of people's hearts from when it was at Chessington.
