Hey guys and gals... regular lurker, rare poster here. Next Wednesday I will be riding stealth non stop for the entirety of the day (apart from a loo break) as a fundraising event for Merlin's Magic Wand. As a (very) few of you may know I am a current rides and attractions staff member at the park, and I have already seen some of the amazing work the charity do for children with serious illnesses and disabilities. The difference the charity makes to these kids is life-changing and something I would love to help with. I've never been on any kind of horror maze before but I'm going to Thorpe Parks fright nights with some friends. I want to give them a go, but I want to start with the least terrifying to ease myself into it. Which is the best/least scary to start with?

My son (17 Y.O) is going to Thorpe Park next week with a couple of friends who have pre booked (All Merlin annual premium pass holders ) and another now wants to go but can't book online with his premium annual pass as there is no availability. He is thinking of winging it on the day and going with them - do you reckon they will let him in? Otherwise he will be stuck for hours waiting for his friends. I reckon they may just let him in. We went as a family recently and only had to scan our cards not show any tickets.

Hello everyone I have recently been offered an audition to be one of the actors for fright nights at Thorpe Park. Has anyone done these auditions? If so, can you give me some information about the whole process and how it works? I would really appreciate some information about it, as I have been looking for hours on the internet and I can't find anything! Thank you!

Hi, I've booked a 4 day stay at the Shark Hotel (Wednesday to Saturday). We don't plan on using the theme park on the Wednesday, but would like to use it Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Our Hotel Stay Package only includes 2 days in the theme park - I've contacted thorpebreaks and Thorpe's Facebook page and asked them if we have to purchase additional days separately and they both advised that we do, either online or when we arrive at the park. From memory, last time we were there the entrance to the hotel is inside the park, so how do they know which days we want to use the theme park - or has this changed this year and there's now ticket barriers betw…

Hi guys The concrete parking outside the front of Thorpe Park is that for staff? Premuim holders? Anyone? I've been there early before and still been told by the stewards to park on the gravel part.... Even though the concrete central part is free.... Any ideas? Em x

I have a disability and have just received my access card to prove this. I'm now going to use this to apply for a ride access pass with Thorpe Park. My question is, with a ride access pass, do I still have to wait the normal queue time each ride before I go onto the next ride? For example, if stealth has an hour wait do I have to still wait the hour before I can use the pass on the next ride? Or can I use it to just get access to the disabled queue rather than the normal queue? Hope that makes sense Thank you

Hi guys, I'm visiting the park next week and despite having visited the park countless times, it will be only my second time using public transport I live a 10 minute train journey away from Woking and am just wondering the prices of the tickets for a return bus ticket directly to the park from Woking Station. Was wondering if this would be cheaper as it is essentially a quicker journey (a train to Staines with a few change-overs and the 950 bus takes just around 90 mins, and costs about £8 for me), being around an hour and 10 minutes. Any help would be appreciated -Chris

One of my friends who is going to Thorpe Park's Fright Nights with me has weak ankles, which often hurt when walking or standing for long periods of time, the Doctors are yet to find the problem so she doesn't have a note which she could use to get out of queuing. Would she be allowed to use a walking stick for getting around?

I've been approached (through Total Thorpe Park) by a leading Canadian TV production company regarding an upcoming 2016 Canadian documentary series about "the most amazing theme parks in the world". Hi guys - how easy is it to travel to and from Thorpe from London in terms of public transport? I'm heading to London to do all the touristy stuff later this year and would love to throw a nice trip in. Would any of you have any advice how to get from London to Staines, then to thorpe? Also in terms of accommodation - if we wanted to stay 2 days at Thorpe would you recommend we stay in london and travel each day or stay within Staines itself. The new thorpe hotel box things are a option as well - but fairly expensive! Thanks for your help!

Are the annual passholder refill cups still a thing? I've jst found my old one in the attic & I'm picking up my new annual pass on sunday so wondered if I would get a new cup or should I take my old one.

Thanks for previous answer. Of course I've just noticed the Sun doing their free tickets offer (for Alton Towers and I believe they do it for Thorpe Park after this). It's for two free tickets, but that seems too good to be true!? I guess that if we wanted two days in whatever park, then we'd get a free ticket in the offer and a £30 one day ticket online. This seems incredibly cheap, am I missing something? What's the catch?? lol Thanks in advance for any replies.

Sorry, another size question. I'm just panicking as I'm going to TP tomorrow and scared I'll have to do the walk of shame haha Anyone of similar size had any problems? I'm most worried about Colossus. 5'7, 237lbs size 20 both top and bottom I don't have a measuring tape but last time I checked my chest was 49", stomach 47" standing. I also have quite large thighs. I have lost 35lbs since then so maybe a little smaller now, although I am still the same size clothing lol. Thanks.

I Spotted something interesting in a picture that I found on Theme UK.If I'm not mistaken, the trussing along with the barbed wire, the cameras and the speakers on each side, resemble the setup for Dead End. Why are speakers and all the rest necessary for pure advertisement of The Swarm?
