Do people still find chainsaws scary?  I feel they are a bit overused in these events and I’ve become a bit immune to it. Just wondering whether it still has the scare factor like it used to when the asylum was one of the only ones who used chainsaws

Complete **** if you ask me. Blair witch isn’t included on any of the packages. Be good just to have one package for all mazes. This is gonna cost me £60 nearly pp 
 
last year ot was £30 for 5 mazes. Why couldn’t they just do £40 for 7 mazes. This is very disappointing

I wonder is someone who is going to fright nights on the first weekend could post some pictures of the merchandise plus what prices are so I know how much money to take. 

Not really. Did it the first year was a bit silly. Not scary and it was all a bit rushed

Whoever on here is still wondering if Big Top is returning, you're stupid. Numerous pictures have been posted showing its construction, so wonder no more :rolleyes:

Some pics I found on the scruffy dog intagram page. The door picture in particular is more hinting towards a fright night project. The other one... who knows 


 
For those who don't know. Scruffy dog has worked with Thorpe park for years. Creating the fins restaurant designs and also fright nights own containment. 

Well we did get Platform last year.. 

Officially less than 2 months till fright nights begin. 

I wonder if it is the walking dead that will be all or whether the global phenomena is referencing universal pictures takeover ? 

I'd say that The Walking Dead has pretty much been confirmed...

Last year's very early announcement was basically a mistake, but because most of the info was revealed and Ghost Train marketing was the focus, Thorpe just let it happen.  
 
For some context of when previous FN attractions were announced:
2015 - Big Top in August, Containment in September.
2014 - Studio 13 in September 
2013 - Lionsgate reveal in late July, with hints all during July
2012 - The Passing in September 
2011 - Experiment 10 in September
 
So plenty of time really. 
 
Of course, the good thing to do would be to advertise it on park during summer so they can draw people back.  The Lionsgate reveal and on-park advertising worked very well.  So if we end up with an IP replacement, the sooner the better in my eyes.  An original maze would probably end up being announced late August / early September.

Merlin love a good "accidental" leak. They've been doing it for years. Just try walking under Storm Surge.

When I saw the "leaked" picture I got excited thinking that announcements were imminent but now the website has reverted back to what it was before I feel a bit deflated and frustrated. I've waited since fright nights last year. Lol. ?? (I have minimal patience)
