A-Kid Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 Were they using fog/smoke or water based like normal?I remember once before using fog and it was brilliant. I hope it lasts, as I like Inferno as...well an inferno!! Quote
Chris Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 It made me choke a bit near the middle it was that thick! And when we were standing in it I couldnt even see Ricky :POn our last ride of the day on Nemesis Inferno the fog was really thick coming out of the tunnel towards the lift, it seemed to go on for ages. rossafc Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 I think water based. It Makes the ride so much better with the mist on! Quote
Marc Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 Its the original water based one yes, looks like its been fixed properly now! Quote
Theme Park bloke Posted August 31, 2009 Report Posted August 31, 2009 It was runing like clockwork yesterday. At one point, I was sitting in Pizza Hut, and I couldn't see out, for the mist was so thick! Quote

rossafc Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 The floor looks great, where/When did it go? Quote
Ricky Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 It didnt go anywhere, technically its still there but the wind/rain and over factors basically washed it all away, lost its colour wind moved it all about, its all just brown now. Quote
Ricky Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 I have just browsed google and found this photo. You can clearly see mist coming from both vents. And some other "mist" related photos I found.clickyclickyclicky Quote
themeparkmad Posted September 14, 2009 Author Report Posted September 14, 2009 As I have said before... It is a shame that not all the effects on Nemesis Inferno are being looked after! Quote
Ricky Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 I am going to try and correct you there, THORPE PARK since new management have all of a sudden pulled up their socks and gave a s*** about the theming, it is being looked after but taking time, have you not noticed since the take over a number of effects not seen in years have popped up, have you failed to notice that they are trying to keep the effects up and running. You all are failing to see they ARE trying their best, things happen they go down, its normal. Quote
Ricky Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 I'm in full time education I don't need a full time job, and its 10 minutes up the road where else there to go with lack of money? And another thing, having a life comes under social life, going to TP with FREINDS is social I don't always go for the rides you know. Quote
Ricky Posted October 3, 2009 Report Posted October 3, 2009 I think a round of applause of Mr. Ewan Macgregor for spending his own time to fix inferno's effects ready for hell frozen over in FRIGHT NIGHTS. As some of you may of seen today the queue line mist is superb, and yet still has some improvements to be made. The tunnel is slowly creeping back up and as you may also have noticed onride today near the end of the tunnel is fairly thick, in the next few days you will see greater improvements.I think next time you see Mr. Macgregor, say well done! Welsh Boy Posted October 3, 2009 Report Posted October 3, 2009 I'm glad that the mist is back up. Its just not Nemesis Inferno without it... Quote
James6 Posted October 4, 2009 Report Posted October 4, 2009 If it's not Nemesis Inferno what is it? Quote

Korikon Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 Nemesis Inferno is a great ride,Wait until you ride with the effects in operation. Your opinion on the ride will increase dramatically! Indeed, I've never been on it with the effects working, am really looking forward to it if the effects are still there on the 18th when I'm going Quote
Ricky Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 Just thought I would add that the second queue line vent is being looked at this week and should be back in operation soon. Inside the tunnel the effects SHOULD be peaked by now, I know the curtain mist at the entrance of the tunnel was partially fixed on saturday night, and was again looked at a few days later, the reason it was leaking so much was a crack in the pipe ( which is why the track is green which is should be). The crack has indeed been fixed and the curtain mist at the entrance should be like the rest of the tunnel.Thanks. Quote
Jamie W Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Nemesis Inferno was looking at it's best ever today. I was loving the props, especially the skeleton inside the station! The blue lighting works really well, and is apparant also in the tunnel. This ride is definitely looking the best prepared for Fright Nights. Quote
Topsyturvy15 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 I have to admit I would prefer it if it was slower as it feels like it's over so quickly but I thin the tunnel bit is great Quote
Jake C Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 I love it when its misty and the lights are glowing through the fog! at night this should be amazing! Quote
