KingVeveraine
I'm guessing by the dates of the 'launch' ticket you can buy that it opens on the 15th March, although that's not much of a surprise.
Cornflakes
this could be better than nemesisHonestly, I doubt it.

Sidders
The Swarm? Dear God. I got woken up 'Parklife' style and find I've overslept (THIS DAY WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME LIKE WOOT) and then I get a video that won't load because so many people are trying to access it and.... THE SWARM?Beware to toxic bees, guys.
rhystheman
trains kinda look like predator and alien hybrid

Sidders
Experience the unique head first, inverted drop from 127ft as you are flung into this merciless flight for your life. War is coming...Spring 2012Lying already, Thorpe? If you're going to do it, make it a decent exaggeration!
Benin
Sci-Fi channel will be fuming that their latest idea has been nicked...
TraX
For those of you that have riden Raptor, will understand how exciting this is! Raptor is so comfy and good to ride. To have a bigger one so close to home is very exciting. As always as a concept art fan, love the look so far and look forward to see how the missing faces will come into it. Good work to all at Thorpe involved with this. Sheepie

Marc
Probably a fair bit of demand on there.. Its working on the site for me now, looks great!
Phill Pritchard
I like the concept art on the site too, all very exciting. Looking forward to seeing how this all develops, as a Sci-Fi & Horror fan I am also really looking forward to finding out more about the story. I think the missing wall/ faces could turn out to be a boot camp type experience to decide who gets to ride it first.
AdamY
I had actually forgotten! Facepalm. I must say, I quite like it! It's original, interesting, looks like it has a strong style throughout everything they're doing so far... So I'm happy as of now!But anyway, now it kinda really feels like a new coaster! W00t! Sidders
Those trains actually look half impressive, if not completely ripping off Raptor in grey, rather than green. It'll be interesting to note if they can even get the red lights for THE SWARM's (gotta do the capitals, obv) eyes.
Iron Irishman
OMG The video kicks soooooooooooo much ass! Thorpe, you'd better not be lying about that 127ft drop, with that particular element and a whole lotta other good stuff this ride has the potential to rake in trillions of visitors a day! Sheepie
You've got to love a bit of Mutant Racers theme. ;)Nice video, loving the (as far as we know) original theme and lack of IP. They've got an opportunity to do something really special here. :rolleyes:Also, THE SWARM is probably the name of the alien race and I can imagine lots of references to it during the attraction/ area. TPGG
The shot at 15 secs in is clearly Raptor because of that broken tower is glides though
Ellie
Love the site, the video, artwork, idea. Hate the name. The swarm just doesn't sound like a ride. Let's go ride the swarm? Not feeling it. Keeping my hopes up that it'll live up to what looks to be a good theme!!

Well, do you remember the SAW videos from last year? When there was meant to be thirteen mini-clips leading up to the coaster's opening date? They stopped after two... maybe three? I'm guessing that was when plans changed (SAW contract) and the poor building who terribly unfortunately got eaten by the box with the number 13 on it weren't needed anymore, so they buggered off the Towers. I hope that doesn't happen here and Thorpe actually stick to the theme religiously.OMG The video kicks soooooooooooo much ass! Thorpe, you'd better not be lying about that 127ft drop, with that particular element and a whole lotta other good stuff this ride has the potential to rake in trillions of visitors a day! It's going to be 126ft, but I reserve the right to be a pedant. Thorpe also claim Inferno is 115ft, which is a 20ft exaggeration on it's real height.
TraX
some shots from Gardalands Raptor TV ad too. Nothing wrong with that!
Sheepie
The shot at 15 secs in is clearly Raptor because of that broken tower is glides though Well Thorpe's version doesn't exist yet, Raptor is the only other B&M wingrider.... so why wouldn't they use it? The concept art is also the same as Raptor with changed car graphics and background images.
