Legoland
More just to add to my coaster count if I'm honest!

Legoland
A launched coaster would work perfectly for the park. Also would be good to have another in the country down south. Still a bit disappointed I never got on Jungle Coaster, but ah well.

Fastrack
Wasn't there one in the silver van thing by the launch track?

The Zoo
Thanks for those James. Unfortunately, that's what it is being advertised as. It might only apply for the first season or something, but I personally think it is a poor decision.

Fastrack
On all 3 of my visits this season, it has only been the Inferno one open. The Dome has always directed people to Inferno and the Stealth one I haven't seen open in ages.

The Zoo
Indeed it is. I think it's a bit of a missed opportunity from the park - though it may give guests more of an initiative to stay at the hotel?

Fastrack
Ah right. Cheers for that. :)Does anyone else think it is a bit stupid that only the Inferno Fastrack Kiosk is selling Fastrack tickets? It causes queues that reach to Fungle and it is just ridiculous - you'd need a Fastrack just to get Fastrack tickets! XD Is it so they don't over sell or is it just a bit of bad planning by the park?

They have a missed opportunity not doing a Saw combo. Good to see the Stealth Pole position down a quid, along with those 4 £2 ones.

Individual ones are available.Stealth, Saw and Alive are £4.Most other rides are £3.Slammer, Vortex, Fish and one more are £2. Not 100% sure, but I do know 4 rides are £2.

Post Your Desktop!
Get a Flickr / Photobucket / any photo sharing website account. Dunno what's the best, but I personally use Photobucket. Then upload it to that (they usually have very straightforward instructions) and then post the direct link here as an . Simples.

Jobs at Thorpe Park
Wondering if anyone can help me here..Basically, been thinking of getting a summer job at TP. Is it too late to apply - not fussed about what dept. I'd be in really. If I were to apply, would it be possible to only do 1-2 days a week? Or would it be the majority of the week?Did have a look round here and on the TPjobs site, but couldn't get a direct answer.Thank you in advance,Josh

Rant
Me and MyMaths do not get along. Our school trailed it and it never really worked out. But now I'm in such a small maths class where everything gets finished in class, I get to do the homework during class time. (Y) More time for English essays that way... ¬¬

Football
Not really a follower that much, but seeing how everyone in my family supports good old Manchester United, I just tag along with that. My uncle said he wouldn't be surprised if that loss to Burnley near the beginning of the season cost us the title - how true that could now be.. :/

Thorpe Park Trip Reports
Well, that is the point of the coaster. You know, it goes up... then down... continuously through the day. Sorry, someone was bound to say it sooner or later.

Thorpe Park Trip Reports
I don't know, but if you are wondered about how busy it has been, I'd assume as busy as it's been from Tuesday onwards. Again, traffic in Chertsey has been so slow it may as well not have been moving. XD

I will probably watch Outnumbered tonight. The debate is something I'm taping as well as watching! XD The debate is very interesting - as some predicted, Nick Clegg seem to be doing well, really has got a 'TV friendly' personality. However, Gordon Brown's pick tie is really annoying me!

Thorpe Park Trip Reports
Went today. Was rather annoyed with my friends who all eventually bailed out on me (some even bailing out when I was at the park), leaving me by myself. However, it didn't deter me as I knew there was a strong possibility it will be the last time I go before my GCSEs go in full swing. Got there at about 9:20 and the gates opened about 5 minutes later. Head over to Inferno for its first circuit and got 3 rerides straight away. Fantastic! Headed over to Detonator and got on that's first circuit as well. Did Rumba Rapids with 2 rerides. Headed over to Stealth, used the SRQ - I was too lazy to walk into the queue - and was eventually told after a minute or two to just find somewhere to go as there was little queue. Got on, sat down and it was broken down. Waited a couple of minutes and couldn't be bothered to wait any more, so left.Headed over to Loggers Leap and got a good ride on that. Wandered over to Saw Alive, there was about a 15 minute queue, so decided to grab the opportunity whilst it was there. Queue was moving much slower today. Was right at the back thankfully. Not much better really. More info in its own topic, but it suits the 2/10 I had gave it. Did Flying Fish once afterwards. Moved back over to CC and had to goes on Rocky Express. Was half-12ish so had lunch, followed by 2 goes on CCR. I then thought I saw Mike Vallis (general manager) and asked if it was him - which it was. He's a very nice guy and seems like a great GM for the park. I asked to have a photo with him, and the other guy he was with took the photo. Not knowing who he was, he asked if I wanted a photo with him, and I said no (I thought he was joking as I thought he was an ordinary person) and then Mr Vallis said he was a very important person for the park also. Felt like a bit of a snob and an idiot and - regrettable - didn't get a photo with the other person. The most annoying thing is, I can't remember his name!! Then had a little chat about TPM and RG, and that was that. He also asked for me not to post the picture of FB, which is perfectly understandable. Headed over to Time Voyagers and did that. Amazingly, you get wetter on that now then you do on Rumba Rapids. Did the Fish 2 more times. Wandered round the park, refusing to do any of the long hour+ queues myself. Did Rocky Express and CCR once and wandered round the park again, eventually deciding to do Flying Fish again. By this time, queues were ridiculously high. Saw and Colossus had their queues overflowing, Inferno on all of its extensions open, and Stealth huge. Alive's queue was full. All the flats were an hour+. Was about to head home, but had a random spur of the moment, and did Depth Charge with a 20min queue. That ended the day for me.Overall, a relatively good day for the park. Being by myself gave me more chance to just look at the park and detach myself from any enjoyment form company. I realise just how on form the park is. Granted, I dislike the rebrand, but the park is still very good this season.
