Top 10's
I'm interested to see how Khan runs again, since last time it was absolutely fantastic, yet people who have visited since have been rather negative over it... Be a downright shame if age has caught up to it...

Alton Towers General Discussion
Do the buses not run from there anymore? Could always train it to Uttoxeter and get a taxi from there. Will be cheaper I reckon...

Europa Park
Waterpark name announcement: There's some more concept art and a pic of the sample hotel room (but I can't get to Twitter at work) milling around, it looks to the quality of Bell Rock though, and will also be a 4 Star Superior hotel...

Queen Odyssey
Pettitts I think are quite used to stray goons rocking up to their place, when I went with a group the lady at the desk let us in for free to get the cred (we purchased some assorted tat and some biscuits for her in the shop)... I'd had the misfortune of having to visit Clacton twice as well, it's not a positive thing at all...

Queen Odyssey
YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT I COUNT GO-GATORS (if they let adults on of course, I've only ridden 2, Flamingoland will forever be a red dot on my Coaster-Count map)! That Miner Mike is fantastic because it has the Shame Bell <3

Queen Odyssey
If I recall that cred can be utterly spiteful as they tend to close it at 5pm regardless (it spited me when I first visited that area of the world, which involved waiting out a 2.5 hour thunderstorm to ride Odyssey and a desperate attempt to get into Pleasure Island at 4:30). My last jaunt to get it confirmed my suspicions about it doing such a thing. It's kinda daft really. The lack of Miner Mike disappoints me. Bottons is an utter dump (as is Skeggie itself to be fair)...

Rumba Rapids
Can we blame Thorpe (or say, any park) if a ride is truly borked? If they're waiting for a part from Utah then that's a problem slightly beyond their reach for Rush... Slammer is gone, there's no point crying over it's non-existence anymore... I wouldn't be surprised if Rumba was being closed at dusk (it wasn't before if I recall) since the incident at Drayton, like yeah I enjoy putting the boot into Thorpe a fair amount of time, but when there are valid(ish) reasons behind ride closures, then more fool those who moan and still visit the park in these times...

Rumba Rapids
Yep, clearly the park are deliberately removing rides that were a pain to constantly fix, or breaking them so that they're closed over their busiest period... Fright Nights is/was hell when the park had all those attractions anyway...

Europa Park
The Golden Tickets are the biggest sham awards going, wasn't it about 4 years ago that Roland was chair of IAAPA? Slight coincidence no?

Park Operations
What might not seem bad on the floor is VERY different when 50/100 feet up... Especially given that a ride stalling caused a massive accident the company still haven't recovered from...

Park Operations
Not much the parks can do when it's weather related though?

Legoland
To be fair, if you're doing a ride per hour, plus an hour for lunch, then going to Miniland and watching shows combined with general faff, people only doing 6 rides in a day isn't outside the realms of possibility... Still a stupid thing to mention though...

Jeez no more Toytown pond... That truly was the last vestige of the classic Chessie...

Since when has Land of the Dragons been Asian? There's nothing wrong with having two Asian areas as long as they are distinctly different (India and China/Japan/Singapore are vastly different cultures) so I've never had much issue between the two areas... Of course with Tiggers being added the two areas might become one massive one mind...

Legoland
Least there was one sensible commenter... Perhaps if the angle was "HOLY CRAP WE SPENT HOW MUCH?!" then I might have sympathy, instead it truly is "Man is an idiot" instead... £60 on the gate for Legoland is disgusting mind...

Fright Nights 2017
Advertisements are based upon your own browsing habits... One assumes you've watched the IT trailer or looked up for tickets... Plus WB can target advertising to all FB users between certain limits, so I doubt there's anything CONSPIRACY about that...

Some of this post is dreadful... I don't think there is any park in the entire world which had the budget Animal Kingdom had when built (it quite possibly still is the most expensive park ever built)... Given that Chessie was the first real attempt at a theme park in the UK, and has spent particularly the last decade being butchered to bits, it's astounding how much of the place still stands across many of the areas... Original Bubbles being a half baked idea is honestly the worst thing I've ever read on this forum... I suggest watching the Dark Ride Archive video on it, because I'm just astounded by the ignorance of it... Half baked? Bubbles is perhaps THE ride that captured the minds and hearts of every single UK enthusiast... The park is almost definitely trading on nostalgia, but surely that shows that when people were growing up, it struck an immense chord to the visiting public? Unfortunately it never truly left the 90s...
