OldFarmerDean
Should we really care that much what the ride structures look like (hopefully it has good themeing though), or what records it's apparently breaking... as long as if it's a good ride, I doubt I'll ever ride it, but it sure looks to give a good ride experience! Benin
That half Zero G roll thing looks awful though... Aside from that, the ride doesn't seem to do anything that special or interesting, yet people gush over it because it's a 'wooden' coaster... It's a weird one... JoshC.
For me, it's just so difficult to visualise how this thing will actually look when it's built. These different renderings just aren't helping me get a 'feel' for what the coaster will look like as a whole; what the finished product will look like. It's a case of wait and see for me; this thing could end up looking great, or looking like someone's barfed up a mixture of wood and steel and hoped for the best. EC!
I think the barfed up mix of wood and steel And hoping for the best is the best way to discribe this thing. It's like it doesn't know whether it wants to be a steel coaster or a wood coaster... It's just odd.
Sidders
This looks like a dinosaur chewed up the Eiffel Tower and spat it out into a forest. For god's sake it's not even 50% wood...

EC!
I think from now on I'm calling this a Hybrid because lets face it, it is in no way a full blood woodie, as there is copious amounts of steel involved with the track and now this lift structure, I don't think I can call it anything other then a hybrid, but then I wouldn't be surprised TraX, with the momentum RMC is gaining at the moment I would be shocked if merlin hasn't looked at them. Deleted Users
I think it looks fun. Anyone actually been on one of these new RMCs? OldFarmerDean and Tom
EC!
Since all of them are in the eastern half of the US, I doubt it very much. It's not like I don't think it will be fun, its just it looks like its confused as to what it wants to be.

EC!
The track for the ride. I'm sorry this a hybrid, no matter how much they sat this is a woodie!
Coaster
Why do they insist on making the track for these things bright red? Because that's basically a steel track using the wooden slats for support.
Benin
It's the opposite of Voyage at Holiday World and that's considered a hybrid (wooden track on steel supports)... I really think now that if RMC rides didn't have wooden supports in them no-one would care...

pognoi
The immelman or whatever in the last picture looks hideous. I could make something nicer out of match sticks and pritt stick. I really liked the look of medusa, outlaw run and the new texas giant, but Goliath in particular has left me in doubt. It looks so grid like, all the inversions have no swerves leading up to it and honestly it looks so simple and dully designed the creator must have opened up RCT3 and been like 'Maek me dis layowt plx'. Honestly its a real let down to the company. I would still like to see an RMC in the UK but one similar to Goliath would make me cry rather then make me jump for joy. Project LC
dont you like the look of the rmc hybrid ? Not at all, I dont get the point in them either. There just a steel coaster with some wood around the supports.
EC!
Well it technically ain't a hybrid, it is a woodie with a piece of metal on top of the wood track to make the ride smoother and give it the insane turns and loops that RMC can do. Benin
Implying that wooden coasters can't be smooth without a steel topper track?
EC!
Implying that wooden coasters can't be smooth without a steel topper track? No, hence if you looked I said smoother, every woodie I have been on including wodan has had a rough kick to it, topper tracks are meant to get rid of that.
