I think it was due to the construction of Stealth that some underground works had to be shut off for the creation of Stealth.I know this is correct for the fire effect as the gas line had to be closed off.I am unsure whether something, along those lines, applied for the water effect as well. Sheepie Posted December 22, 2009 Report Share Posted December 22, 2009 I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it was something to do with the pump/ water pipes not working properly, and a combination of not having the right funding and/ or right attitude to fix it.I'm sure someone on here can give us a bit more info on this, as I'm not completely certain.
