June 4, 200916 yr comment_58595 So I don't have to trawl through pages of threads, does anybody have the current Slammer queueling audio? The one with the ratchet noise in the background. Many thanks. Also, on the topic of restraints - it's ALWAYS fun to pull a friends shoulder bars down. They really put the handles in the right place for doing that Yeah...
June 4, 200916 yr comment_58599 Also, on the topic of restraints - it's ALWAYS fun to pull a friends shoulder bars down. They really put the handles in the right place for doing that Yeah really fun to put someone else in pain and ruin their ride when they have waited just as long as you.
June 5, 200916 yr comment_58666 Rush was terrible too last season haha. Its always been open when I go tbh?!
July 9, 200916 yr comment_62802 Hmm... weird... Slammer is not currently listed on the website Unavailable Rides list. :S Let's hope that we can trust the website this time. I love my Slammer.

July 9, 200916 yr comment_62821 Todge, Keiths post was posted on June 22nd, that's old it's still open honestly I went yesterdayI wasn't replying to anyone, I was just stating that slammer hasn't been down for a while.
July 10, 200916 yr comment_62866 Glad we got that established. Slammer is available! You've jinxed it now
July 10, 200916 yr comment_62868 I don't believe in jinxes, rides along with other machinary are unpredictable when they will have downtime or not.
August 5, 200916 yr comment_65607 I have a question that I wonder if anyone who works at the park can answer. Or anyone else who knows! On Slammer, why do the ride team always wait until the ride has finished its cycle before preparing guests behind the loading gates? Why do they not do this during the cycle? (As surely this would save time). I understand that there is obviously a perfectly legitimate reason behind it, I just don't know what it is!
August 7, 200916 yr comment_65677 I think its the same as Samurai where at least one member of staff have to be watching the ride, in Slammer's case they might need one either side I'm not sure. However it does baffle me if this is not the case.
August 7, 200916 yr comment_65695 Oh, that's good to hear. I suppose it's just the way the ride team decide to operate - some may batch during the ride cycle, and others may not. It saves a hell of a lot of time though.
August 7, 200916 yr comment_65701 Slammer yesterday was batching people while the ride was running.I have also seen people boarding Slammer whilst the ride is in operation.EDIT: Yes I meant batching. Sorry guys!I advise no one to board any Ride or Attraction when it is in operation!
August 7, 200916 yr comment_65702 I have also seen people boarding Slammer whilst the ride is in operation.Boarding Slammer whilst it's in operation? I think you mean batching.
August 7, 200916 yr comment_65704 I have also seen people boarding Slammer whilst the ride is in operation.Ummm? Keith I think you may need to edit that .It's the same with Samurai, I think it all depends on how many memebers of the ride team there are.
August 8, 200916 yr comment_65763 Slammer yesterday was batching people while the ride was running.Yes, that does happen. Differenty staff members operate Slammer's queue differently.
