penny dreadful
noun
noun: penny dreadful; plural noun: penny dreadfuls
  1. a cheap, sensational comic or storybook.
    "penny dreadful comics"

The Victoriana role playing system page uses the phrase in that sense, Its not referencing the tv show, even though that is named such because it's basic premise is, what if all those penny dreadfuls where real.

Amy just found this

How relevant. (Even though it's a few years old, it shows he had the idea for mind control at a train station)

Was literally just about to say that I think this ride could be about going to alternative realities through a train/tube station which would explain the curved building in addition to the 'mind the gap'.

This quote is in the site's code, but set to hidden...

“We’ve got some intense time ahead of us putting our heads together and making sure that this really is just the most unique and extraordinary thing that’s ever existed, ever.”

Pretty sure I've seen that quote on the website somewhere, think it was even discussed in this topic!

Has any-one else also spotted this in the code:

"A journey that will wrench you from your cosy everyday existence into a warped new reality. We’ll take you to a place where nothing is ever as it seems and nobody who visits will ever see things the same way again.<br/><br/>An experience designed to challenge your perceptions and mean you’ll never look just once again.<br/><br/>Keep your eyes and mind open, don’t take all you see on appearances alone and you could be one of the first to experience The Island’s newest attraction in 2016."

EDIT: I've just found the actual page this is displayed on... Not the find I thought it would be lol

Edit 2 (So I don't double post):

Since reading this.. I'm thinking that there will be some element of false danger here... Like finding yourself lead a stray in the dark and lights come on to reveal that you're actually on the tracks at a tube station.. or something to that effect - but you have been lead to believe that you are safe and blindly follow... It's the "challenge your perceptions and mean you'll never look just once again" - I'm sensing that this is going to be an "all is not as it seems" type ride

The other day I was trying for ages but to no avail. I just logged on today (around 19:52PM I think? That might make a difference?) and it suddenly said that I had completed it. The only thing I can think of is the time that you log on, but I really don't know. XD Good luck getting it guys haha.

I'm still wondering what type of ride this will be! I remember a while ago the CEO of Dynamic Attractions said that they had a park in the UK working with them on an SFX coaster (I'm pretty sure I heard this at least, can anyone else confirm this?). So surely, if that is true, it must be Thorpe Park which is getting the SFX coaster? I can't think of any other park which would install such a technologically advanced coaster. Supposedly, the budget for this project is very high so this could be possible, right?
