Cal Posted May 10, 2016 Report Posted May 10, 2016 It was really noticeable how much faster Slammer is raising and coming back down than in recent years! Operations were also really good, and at one point they were even loading there air gates while the ride was in operation which I haven't seen them do in years. However I did notice staff no longer have a key to unlock single restraints, so if someones restraint is too tight they have to unlock every restraint both sides and start over which was annoying. Matt10 Posted July 1, 2016 Report Posted July 1, 2016 Considering last year it opened on the last day of May and went into October, meaning it lasted four months, before it was said it had to undergo maintainance of an extended period, could it be that Slammer has to complete winter like testing every four months.
