CharlieN
I love those trains! I'm glad the design is 3D and not just 'Mako' printed on the front like most hyper coasters.

Charlesberg
I better not spoil anything for Adam afterwards or he'll probably kill me (or my spoon in the 2017 meet).
Matt 236
OMG, better put another 'I want to ride this but probably won't ride this for a while' comment. Kerfuffle
CharlieN
My sister won't let me visit sea world because she believes they treat the animals poorly. Therefore, I want to ride Mako but I probably won't.
Charlesberg
Apparently they're no longer going to be having Shamu so I guess that drops the cruelness factor down. You could try going there and avoiding the animal stuff and only go there for the sake of the beautifal shiny B&Ms so your sister gets that your only intention is to ride the rides. Project LC
Hmm I wonder how much Mako will be to buy when seaworld go bust.
Benin
Aren't the people against SeaWorld the same sort of people who hate zoos and stuff? Â SeaWorld won't go bust, under same company as Busch Gardens, and that's owned by Blackstone... I'm sure that whilst the park has taken hits since Blackfish, the removal of the Killer Whales (I think that's still a thing) will probably boost the park PR a bit... Â If they think they're cruel at SeaWorld, should never visit Drayton then...
Mitchada04
The killer whales aren't being removed anytime soon. They aren't breeding anymore and will stop the theatrical shows (note: they'll still have the shows, they'll just be purely educational with the whales swimming about instead of doing flips). SeaWorld is one of the better places for looking after animals.
CharlieN
I've always thought that they treated the animals fairly but my sister disagrees. She hates any animal cruelty but she's fine with zoos. I've told her I would only go for the rides - I don't like shows anyway - but she does not want me giving seaworld my money. The reality is that she's going to university this year, and the possibility of going to Seaworld will be much higher!
Charlesberg
When I'm at Seaworld later this year I'll probably spend the whole time riding the beautiful B&Ms and not really bother with the shows, etc.
Marc
The killer whales aren't being removed anytime soon. They aren't breeding anymore and will stop the theatrical shows (note: they'll still have the shows, they'll just be purely educational with the whales swimming about instead of doing flips). TraX
Yes, I believed that to be true as well. I'm sure it's day will come in Orlando, but not yet. Hate the SeaWorld bandwagon. Watching one bias documentary does not make you an animal expert. Wish these people would do their homework.
Marc
^This  it will be a great loss if PETA get their own way with seaworld, but it wont stop there they wont be happy till we are all vegetarians! Its a bit like the Asylum no we had here at thorpe (all be it on a much larger scale)  I find the thought of visiting seaworld and skipping the shows madness, they are a huge part of what Seaworld is, the B&M's will be there for years to come, the shows might not be so if your at Seaworld see the shows, there is plenty of time for rides after! Glitch, Cal and Kerfuffle

Mitchada04
Ryan, at least see the SeaLion show, they're brill! Although I appreciate leaving this will be hard... Only bit left to do is the teardrop turn thing.

Mark9
No way am I able to tear myself away from Mako/Manta/Kraken! Â It's easily done what with their one train operations and hour long queues..

Benin
I've always walked onto Kraken & Atlantis... Â Mean bloody hell, the point of Sea World isn't the rides, it's not beyond the realms of sanity to do the shows as well...
Mark9
I've never queued more than 10 minutes for a Seaworld coaster  So have I out of principle. 45 minute wait for Kraken. No deal.
