We finally have footage of the Black Forest Chateau organist. He pretty much looks like a human version of the one in the Vampire's station.4 points

You would think it'll be easy to just create a strobe maze, throw a few strobes in, bobs your uncle, sadly not. It sure was, a lot of thought went into it's versions. 2015 wasn't the best layout, but it laid down some core features which helped 2016's come about. 2017 took 2016 problems (people walking out fire exits and open spaces etc) and brought us a 're-ridable' attraction, because there would have been rooms you will have missed the first time you went through. You should have seen version 4s concept 😋 If they are unsure they can't match 2017s version or 'big top it', then maybe it's a good thing that it may not come back. But let's have high hopes for this year, as it can't be any worse than 2018..?4 points -
Can we just be clear about Big Top:3 points

@JoshC. Do you have any info on Quantum? Doesn’t seem to have operated since last Friday when it only opened for a small amount. Is it still because of limited operating or do you know if they’ve found another issue with it? If anyone else knows anything as well then that will be great, thanks!!1 point

Still awaiting for the return of the mighty Dead End: Terror Zone... 9 years later. That thing was incredible, especially seeing the Tesco Value Halloween masks used by the staff.1 point -
Don’t worry buddy, Platform has a good few years of life left in it, we made sure of that. It also basically exists year round so quite easy to open up. Big Top - they cannae build it. They wannae, but they cannae. IMAScore are livid. It’s the best composition they ever made.1 point

Even for me if big top did return I will bee going mad with the music bobbing along to the music to the ima score in the strobe maze section I have the song on my phone even that I only experienced showtime I am also happy do or die is back I found that very very scary last year and I will do it again after my night ride.1 point -

However, how do you enjoy a day out with friends if you have a disability? I think your maybe missing the point that not every disability is one visible etc, in the event of an evac the carers/friends are there to help with the evac etc. You simply cannot put a definition to what a carer should be or look like, as everyone is completely different in terms of needs and help needed and in most cases it will be friends and family that help out... be it in the case of panic attacks, mental health etc. Some users of wristbands may seem completely normal to the bare eye, that could be there calm at that point due to the aid the system can bring. Some people can flip very quickly from seeming completely normal to hell breaking loose for example the stress, anxiety etc some people have with confined spaces large numbers of people in a small area. These are only examples I'm sure there are so many triggers for people. If it means they get to enjoy a day out that they otherwise wouldn't be then I dont see an issue with the pass provided its used correctly1 point

Only visited Thorpe 3 times this season and went today - it was a nightmare. When we go we always leave to get there later than opening in hope that the majority of the bag search is done and this is usually the case. Not today - arrived and it was heaving to the point where I had a panic attack and spoke to a staff member whilst crying like an idiot - credit to him as I explained that I have anxiety and RAP so he asked to see the RAP card and then sent us down a different queue with about 3 people in. Got into the park - Tidal Wave shut, Inferno shut, Stealth shut, Walking Dead shut and the queue to get RAP was ridiculous - we walked around for about 40 mins (didn’t get on anything as the queues were pretty long) then went back to RAP queue which had got even longer. So yeah, first time I’ve visited Thorpe and only used the toilet - my niece and I decided we’d have a better time going shopping so we walked an hour to Staines. I don’t like to be negative but today just made me dislike Thorpe even more - my first visit this year I didn’t enjoy, the last 2 were ok but today was just terrible. I’m grateful that the guy at the queue for security let us go into a quicker queue but the whole place just feels shambolic at the moment. Massive queues for bag searches, massive queues for the poor sods buying day tickets, massive queue to get RAP. Yes I get that at this time of year it will be busy but surely the park can manage the queues a bit better? More staff doing bag checks, more ticket kiosks open, maybe split the RAP queue between where it is now and Island help. Oh and the cash machine at the front now charges you to take money out which is nice ? If I were a day guest paying full price (if anyone even does) or BOGOF I would be narked - having to spend a large chunk of time just to purchase a ticket is a joke. I fully agree with bag checks but they just need more people doing them to speed up the process - the queue today for bag checks at an estimate must have been at least an hour (probably closer to 90 mins) as the queue was actually coming out of the queue and snaking around. I used to enjoy visiting Thorpe and maybe I’ve just visited the place too many times over the past 6 years but it just feels meh - no new rides this year - the confirmed loss of Loggers and now Saw Alive and in return we get an inflatable obstacle course which frankly looks hideous, naff gaming events and a pay for escape maze. I love the rides at Thorpe (most of them) so I’m in no way slating them but the place just doesn’t have the same feeling that it used to - would love to see it turn around and I get that a lot of people will feel differently but for me recently the main enjoyment I get out of a day there is spending time with my niece1 point
