c1hrisin
Am I not reading this properly or is it only Friday and Monday, not including the weekend?
Ryan
This event actually looks quite fun, clever how they've linked it with angry birds too! Used to love Brainiac so that'll be awesome, much better than those same old stunt shows every year.
coastercameron98
Am I not reading this properly or is it only Friday and Monday, not including the weekend? I think you're right, its a bit of a strange thing to not include the weekend... Unless its just a typing error
Benin
Brainiac is still a thing? Sounds good though... I wont be going cos of assorted other reasons (I.e. Already in France and football is more important), but sounds like they'll do well...
Coaster
Sounds good, why not on Saturday as well though?
JoshC.
Looks good; shame I'm not around to go to it. Bit weird that it's only Good Friday and Easter Monday though!
Fred
Hmmm interesting. I'd be happy to grab myself an easter egg!
Kane1234
They have done it on Friday and Monday because that is Good Friday and Easter Monday which are also bank hols. Just relating it to Easter I think
Benin
What about Easter Sunday though? The ACTUAL day of Easter... A weird decision should that be the case...
Marc
The page has been changed and it runs from 18th till 21st - does make sense!

MarkC
''Get more as a group this Easter Come to THORPE PARK as a group of 10+ between 5th and 21st April 2014 and be FIRST TO RIDE! First to ride will run between 9.15 and 9.30am. Standard groups 10+ apply.'' Sounds like ERT to me!
Marc
It sounds like they've been trailing this a while, Annual Pass holders have been let in at 9:15 for what sounds like some sort of ERT. All rides are usually available.
Benin
You'd hope so if they're offering ERT to random groups of people really (and 'hotel' guests)...
paige
Thorpe could use this event to transition into Angry Birds Land's opening nicely, if it's even complete by then. They'd be rather naive if they didn't grasp this opportunity, but I'm sure they'll have the sense to do so.

paige
They will just stick a bird or two somewhere, maybe the odd pig and new signage, and I should imagine that they'd just play the Angry Birds theme. Thorpe must think they have this IP really easy. But atleast they had the sense to tie it in with an Easter event; this could really kick start Thorpe's family friendly image. Cal
Taking it the Asylum won't be returning this year then Didn't even know a brainiac live event was happening this weekend, but look's quite good.
pluk
Taking it the Asylum won't be returning this year then I'm pretty sure it can be bolted back in place just as easily as it was unbolted apart, if they want to that is!
paige
The Brainiac live event was infact listed, which you should find in Mark's initial post. It seems to be rather good from what I've heard, but I thought Brainiac died along with my childhood.

Dan9
They pretty much take The Asylum down on the inside every year... most likely outcome is that it returns in basically the same/very similar format but with a different name.
