March 10, 20169 yr comment_229219 Maybe Josh is Lez Cougan Maybe I'm not Matt Creek Who knows No you're 100% Matt Creek, there is and never will be any other Matt Creek, that's just a fact.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229341 Paving works a little dodgy, other than that looking very nice [emoji317][emoji106]
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229343 Warehouse and signage look fab. More photos on TPM's Facebook. By the looks of the map, we have a min height restriction of 1m and a recommended age of 13+.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229344 The building looks nice. However the paving outside leaves a lot to be desired, almost as if there's been a train crash out there. Maybe that's the point.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229348 Is loggers still standing? Loggers is still standing I believe; you can't see much of it though mind!
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229356 Just noticed that Canada Creek is no longer on the map and is now called "Old Town". Completely off topic, I know, but I still thought I'd mention it. Off topic because you posted in the wrong topic, perhaps this topic would've been a wiser choice? http://forum.maniahub.com/topic/108-loggers-leap/page-42 Back on topic, the area looks amazing, bar the paving! Cannot wait for this
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229367 The building and surrounding area looks great!* That paving though, seriously? You can literally see where they've ripped up the pavement on one side and replaced it but left the miss-matched patchy other side! Also where is the clock tower that was in the plans? *although the pictures does not show the big red warehouse side of the attraction so I'm holding my breath.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229368 The area is going to look weird without the fences up. And they could have used a better cover around the queue....
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229370 *although the pictures does not show the big red warehouse side of the attraction so I'm holding my breath. It does look carefully
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229390 Unless I am going crazy, was there a tower (presumably for signals for the train theme) in the plans. I have yet to see any tower whatsoever.
March 12, 20169 yr Author comment_229393 The attention to detail on the themed station is pretty amazing really!
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229402 Where is the tower? Besides this the rest of the building looks quite nice (apart from being too similar to other ones at the park but this has been discussed already), shame about the red warehouse though.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229408 If they have any money left they should run a thin layer of sealant over the old concrete before the place opens officially, won't take them long, I've seen organisations lay stuff down overnight and had cars racing on the surface the next day.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229412 Can only Assume the tower isn't being built now. While it's now highly unlikely, it still could be built; we've got two months til it opens. Plus, there's plenty of space for it to go!
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229415 They won't build it now, they've had plenty of time to but obviously it's been cut. Just like the windmill tower that was meant to be built for the Saw entrance. This looks so bland! It's well themed but that's just about it. What's attractive about a huge open plaza with absolutely nothing in.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229430 By the looks of the map, we have a min height restriction of 1m and a recommended age of 13+. It appears I'm due an eye test...
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229432 It will be disappointing if the tower doesn't get built. I remember the debate a few pages back about budget cuts being made to the attraction after a few years - it's really not good if they are happening before it has even opened.
March 12, 20169 yr comment_229436 That is abit bad prob due to ? not to be mentioned crash affecting budgets on the new ride.
