  • Some of this post is dreadful...   I don't think there is any park in the entire world which had the budget Animal Kingdom had when built (it quite possibly still is the most expensive park

Well... that's generally the point :D

Okay, that's made me lose some respect for you as a person and has made me question how kind I was with my views. I understand the whole idea of 'Why be Normal?' Very clever marketing idea and something you do see from professional programmes and such. However, the point is that it isn't funny and your doing it for the sake of doing it? If so, then well, :D

I think people have made their points now. I can see why people would react this way with the video, though personally, having grown up with practical jokes all around me, I can see the funny side.I stick by my original point though, not fair on the people that work there who have to clear it all up. Please use this topic as intended, which is for general CWoA discussion, and not for people to make sweeping comments to each other. That's what Youtube is for :D

I'll add my sentence, if I will. It's general discussion and adds to it.Well done for ruining that guys day, someone whos gone to have a good day out. Prat. Let alone affecting the reputation of chessington because of it. Yes, it does affect the reputation. Think how many ****s at thorpe have made thorpes reputation change.

I was just appalled it was sprayed at the moving rides... Not fun getting sticky stuff in the face moving at speed, potentially getting it in someones eye, blinding them. With all the effort that is used to create and maintain the scenery around the park, I think its a tad disrespectful to the artists that have worked there arse off putting it all together, just for some penis to spray **** all over it.

Stupid Moderator Deleting a perfectly valid post. :D I cant wait for this guy to be escorted off park for being a complete n00b.What your doing isnt funny, and ruins other peoples day, who have paid good hard earned money to enjoy themselves. Only to be sprayed in the face with silly string. The only thing thats silly about all this, is that you even remotely find it funny at all. :D

Are you not even taking this seriously? Your a complete douche... First your vandalising and secondly your ruining the reputation of Chessington and ruining guests days. Well done, I hope you feel proud of yourself. This certainly proves your age and mental age! :D

Okay... I have some questions for Chessington:I am visiting on Monday, any ideas roughly on queues times... when is it best to do the busier rides like Kobra, Fury and Vampire?Plus I am being dropped off with my friends by my Dad, can this be done at either car park or should we go to the Main Car Park, is it easier to get in to drop people off?

Prepare to queue. School trip season can be just as bad as the height of the summer holidays, I'd expect many coaches worth of children. Someone may be able to give you a rough figure, but for now, just know that it'll be pretty busy- though bear in mind that a lot of the crowds are gone by half three.I'd say roughly an hour for the main rides, then perhaps 20- 30 minutes for rides such as Runaway Train. Though queues can be so unpredictable during the school trips as a lot of the time they go round in groups. Take advantage of the quieter periods such as before 11 and after 3. That'll be the time to do Kobra.I'd definitely say that North (or Lodge as they like to now call it ;)) car park will be a lot easier to be dropped off and picked up, though someone who's been there more this season should be able to help a bit more as I can't remember how the improvements have affected the flow of traffic around there.

Its not actually summer holidays yet, our college breaks up a week earlier. We went to Thorpe this time last year and the queues were pretty much 20-30 minutes maximum for all rides. But of course its weather dependent, Monday looks like its going to be a good one. Thanks for the information, did help a lot! We are planning to get there pretty early and then hang around the zoo during the busiest times and let the queues die down. Going with friends makes queueing much better anyway!
