  1. Started by KyleS,

Does a ticket to Summer Nights for non-passholders (£15) get you both entry to the park and access to the rides or do you have to have a park admission ticket separately? Can I buy the summer nights ticket and show up just for the evening rides? I'm going to be in the Heathrow area on the 17th and thought this would be a fun way to kill some time but I won't be able to get to the park much earlier than late afternoon so I don't want to buy a full day ticket if it's not required. Would you expect that I'd be able to get all the coasters done at least once during the 6 hour event? Thanks

  7. Hey guys and gals... regular lurker, rare poster here. Next Wednesday I will be riding stealth non stop for the entirety of the day (apart from a loo break) as a fundraising event for Merlin's Magic Wand. As a (very) few of you may know I am a current rides and attractions staff member at the park, and I have already seen some of the amazing work the charity do for children with serious illnesses and disabilities. The difference the charity makes to these kids is life-changing and something I would love to help with. I have set up a just giving page for the event and it would be absolutely fantastic if any of you are able to donate/ sponsor me. I can alread…

Okay so I will no doubt have a variety of questions to ask regarding an upcoming trip to Paris (23rd-26th of June) so I will put them all here so as to not clutter the forums with my queries. Trip details : 3 people, All 'Youths', we have bought train tickets (Eurostar + Local) to get us to Marne La Vallee Station via Lille Europe via London to spend time at Disneyland, we are staying in the Dream Castle Hotel. We are hoping to spend 1 day in Parc Asterix and 3 days in Disneyland Paris Questions!: 1. Is it worth us buying a Disneyland Annual Pass (Francillien) each if we plan to visit around 3 times? Checking the calendar of restriction dates the 1st day we h…

  10. Hello! Just a quick question for people who have used the Merlin Annual Pass Friends and Family Perk. It says that you need to book at least 24 hours in advance via calling a specific number and booking over the phone. I just wanted to know whether or not this works like reserving the tickets and then paying the money when you go to the attraction or do you have to pay over the phone via a credit card or something when calling? Planning to visit both the Dungeons and Thorpe in the next 2 weeks and need to get people discount tickets but was unsure as to how exactly this would work Any information would be appreciated!

I am going to Thorpe park with some friends on the 16th of April and I was just wondering is the £29.99 ticket price for all 10 people or £29.99 individually?

  12. Hi all, I'm planning on taking some friends to Thorpe Park & Legoland, and am planning to use the family and friends discount through the Merlin pass. However, I was wondering how many people maximum you are allowed to use it for as I'm planning to bring two people with me (neither of which are pass holders).

Hello everyone, First of all, excuse me about my English, I am a french coasterfan I hope I'm writing this message in the right section. I apologize if I'm wrong. I've visited Thorpe Park 4 years ago and I'll be back there with a friend in early july ( two days from the 12th I think ). We have already booked our tickets, the night in the Shark Hotel and the eurostar. The reason I write here is that I've some questions 1) We arrive in London the first day at 8 AM. Is it possible to get there by train ? I've heard that the best plan was to take a train from warteloo Station to staines and then go to the park by bus, is it he best way to get there so? 2) H…

  14. Hi, I am hoping to go to Thorpe's Braniac event during the February half term, but on the off chance may have to use public transport to get there. Will there be any buses to Thorpe park from Staines running during the February half term event? If not, what (cheap'ish) alternatives are there from reaching the patk via Staines?

Hi, just a quick question here. I will be visiting the AP preview on thursday and have a booked place and ticket. I was wondering if they look at both your ticket and your pass or just your ticket. My reason being that I dont want loads of non ap holders turning up on the night who have tickets(as you didn't need your pass number to book), therefore increasing wait times. If anyone went last year and could tell me roughly how the event ran as a whole it would be really appreciated.

I also want to buy my ride photos but don't really want the physical copy. I know you can get the download with a print but it costs like £6. I wish they sold digital downloads for like £3 odd quid as I'm sure most people would buy this and they would make money of it... Sorry if there is something like this already couldn't find anything

Got a while yet til it needs renewing (January) but I've just had a thought and out of interest would like to know... so basically we got the Premium annual passes in the january sale which as a family of 3 adults allowed us to get them what worked out £99each... So if one of us wants to renew, does that mean all 3 of us have to, or is the renewal price quite expensive, and you just buy a pass in the january sale? I'm a bit confused really as it's the first merlin pass I've had.. any help would be appreciated

  25. Hello, I'll be visiting Thorpe Park tomorrow and need to know quickly (in the next few hours) whether the ban on "cameras and phones on rides" which know exists at the majority of theme parks run by Merlin applies just to while on the rides, or does it extend to the whole park (lets say photographing a ride, family photo or attraction from the ground)? It would be good to have an answer as soon as possible...
